The shoes are classified as lifestyle and not running or training, however they are very comfortable and soft for their category. They have a regular fit I would say, I wear 37 and 1/3 (generally 37) and influenced by comments that mentioned they have a wide fit I bought 36 and 2/3, it is borderline in length but without bothering anywhere. I think 37 and 1/3 would have been too comfortable for my taste but it would have been more correct in terms of length. Buy your regular size!!
