Very nice television for its price, with a good QLED panel. The only complaint I have about this specific television is its sound, as in music, for example, it gives more emphasis to the beat/instruments/bass and the singer is hardly heard, for instance. In short, it has an issue with low-frequency sounds. In the sound settings, there are some options that reduce this sound imbalance, but it still remains annoying and often noticeable. If you are going to buy this specific television, I would recommend getting a soundbar or some speakers as well. Aside from the sound, everything else is very good. I recommend it.
For its price, it's okay. My only complaint is that sometimes when I open it, it freezes, especially when I try to go to YouTube; at first, it takes 4-5 seconds to unfreeze to load the videos, and sometimes it also freezes on the home menu and it seems like it takes 5-6 seconds to start up when you open it sometimes.
Purchased 4 months ago and with its use so far it seems just fine. The menu is relatively easy, even for someone who is not familiar. You can watch whatever you want from YouTube, Stremio, Netflix, etc. for those who do not watch from the channels. Generally, it has nice colors and good sound. For the money, it is a good choice.
I haven't had the chance to play with it as much as I would like yet, but overall it connected easily to the internet via Wi-Fi, updated itself, downloaded the apps I wanted, and I have been using it for 1-2 hours, 2 times a week since then. In the 1-2 months that I have had it, it hasn't frozen or given me any issues... for its price, it is a very reliable choice.
Guys, I believe that this television is the best value for money. It has an amazing picture and very good sound, especially for gaming. It responds very well. I have bought two 43-inch televisions. One of them I bought for the bedroom, and due to a promotional offer, I bought another one for my business, which is a catering establishment for sports events. I am very satisfied with it for the past two weeks that I have had it in my business. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a very good product at very reasonable prices
For the money, it's very good (450 euros), which became 336 due to a promotion running in a chain and with a similar image to other more expensive ones by 200-300 euros, it was a one-way street. It operates on Android 11 and it cost only 24 euros. I will never throw money again on TVs that cost 1000+ because I consider them literally wasted, this one does the job perfectly fine.
The purchase was made on 11/1/2024. After three months of daily use, I am extremely satisfied with the amazing picture quality, clear sound, fast menu, and the view from all angles is not distorted. It is a smart TV with a very fast internet connection. Especially on YouTube, if you play 4k videos, you will enjoy incredible picture quality. It doesn't lag anywhere. It is worth buying for enjoyable viewing moments. I should also mention that I have it in the kitchen, so in the morning hours when the sun comes in, it doesn't affect the picture at all, thanks to QLED.
Update 21/5/2024
I also added a video from all viewing angles to stop the misconception that it doesn't have good picture quality. The picture and sound are flawless.
The TV in my mother's living room gave up the ghost after 20+ years... purchased on sale from Kotsovolos for 350€ 43". It's perfect for my mother to watch what she sees daily, plus it's smart and I can put on YouTube shows she wants to watch so the TV is very good. Overall, it seems like a pretty decent TV.
Value for money compared to what is available. It has a decent response time but you get used to it. With the right screen settings, it's complete. I've had it for almost a year and it has frozen 3-4 times. You just turn it off and turn it back on. Good voice functionality as well.
For everyday family use, it has very good image and sound characteristics with an easy operating menu, metal construction on the back and around the panel. Overall, it's worth its money.
After about 2 months of use, the only negative is that some channels do not display their program and simply write the name of the channel, so you have to use the internet to see what the channel has... The channels are SKAI, MEGA, ANT1 and it shows them in English.
The review is about the c645 (65"). At 650 euros, the price is reasonable. The TV now, if it didn't have the serious issue with the menu summary, would be perfect. This for me is a serious issue and I give it 4 stars accordingly.
Despite initial reservations about the TCL brand, the television was purchased 10 days ago based on good existing reviews and as a value for money product at 350 euros. So far, everything seems good. I will mention as annoying the fact that it does not display channel information in Greek and there seems to be no way to fix it. Additionally, the provided manual is insufficient. On the positive side, it offers screen mirroring and voice commands. The picture and sound seem sufficient, although I don't know much about them. For this price, it seems like a good option for a QLED TV.
Update 01/02024: In addition to the above, the television has been displaying momentary "freezing" in the picture for a month now, mainly during fast movements. In some cases, it may be true that you get what you pay for. Supposedly flawless QLED. For now, it doesn't bother me...
I bought the c645 at the end of December from Kotsovolos with total support warranty, and after about a month, the TV started freezing, and it would only unfreeze if I unplugged it from the power (see photo).
After contacting Kotsovolos, a technician from TCL came and performed a factory reset and reinstalled the operating system from the beginning, which we couldn't find ourselves as it was on a USB and only TCL technicians have it.
The technician was very helpful and told me that if the same issue occurs again, I should call them, which I did, and now they have taken the TV for a motherboard replacement.
After contacting TCL, they told me that they tested the TV and it didn't show any problems, so they will bring it back to me. However, if the issue reoccurs, they will come again to take it. It's quite frustrating.
I regret buying it; next time, it's better to buy a reputable brand
This TV at 350€ is the ultimate value for money! It's qled, it's android, it does everything and it's worth it! I highly recommend it, for the money I really can't think of a better choice than this one!
Okay, the television has satisfactory image quality and price ratio! The issue I have is that it takes a few seconds to turn on and when it does, the signal freezes completely and always fixes itself after a few minutes. It's not the antenna because it always does the same thing. Also, when I go to the menu for any reason, besides the delay, the television signal freezes again and the screen freezes! Okay, good effort but the software for such simple use is mediocre to bad, the only thing worth it is the image quality!
After I got rid of my old 43" Samsung FHD, I decided to go for a 50" 4K. After a lot of searching, I ended up with this one and I am very satisfied. Very nice colors, perfect black and resolution. The sound is average, but I think that's how it is with all TVs, maybe later I'll get a soundbar.
I have to say that I wasn't impressed out of the box, but with a few changes in the settings, it became truly perfect!
Some say that the menu is slow, but I haven't noticed anything, it's not fast but it's not slow either, at least not to the point of being bothersome.
The remote control has been convenient for me as well.
The only negative thing is that in the info section, it doesn't take you directly to read the entire summary of the work, you have to go through the program.
Also, it doesn't have the best viewing angle, from the side I would say it has a -20% in image quality. I'm used to IPS panels and this seemed a bit off to me, but it's a minor flaw.
I just hope it doesn't develop any faults and lasts!
For the money, possibly the most honest television.
Very satisfied after 3 months.
Daily use for movies and gaming (PS5, XBOX).
Qled 43' with very nice image with accurate colors (without exaggeration - owner of Samsung LED TVs) and amazing clarity. Average sound for the category.
The menu may require a little patience as it sometimes becomes slow, but none of the Android TVs I have tried were fast.
Perhaps the only flaw is the remote control, which seems quite cheap, especially in touch and button pressing, but for this price, I don't expect much.
I have it for a short time, very good choice for its price, excellent picture, colors, black, very good sound, good construction, I believe time will not be a problem, time will tell
Excellent image... However, it needs adjustment... and the menu that many say is slow on my 55" is just fine... It has very good viewing angles even at a distance of 5m at 30-45 degrees... Great value for money... Currently, it is the number two company worldwide in televisions...
The television has a very good picture and its colors are wonderful. Its construction seems to be quite high-quality. The menu could be a little faster and the remote control a little better. However, I wouldn't say these are problems. A very good choice for anyone considering it.
The television has an amazing picture, although it requires some adjustment when you first get it to fit your preferences. The only huge negative is the truly AWFUL software, which I guess is not the software itself but the television's processor. It constantly freezes in the menu, crashes YouTube and Spotify. I was lucky enough to have a mi box and I use that instead.
The only thing missing is the ability to adjust subtitles from a USB stick, as they are generally small from a distance. Also, with the Google account input, language selection is made during which Greek is not available, the TV has Greek normally, this is purely from Google's side.
It was purchased for 350 euros. For the money, it is very good. The sound is bassy up to a point. It is good for the bedroom where I use it quite a bit. For its price, I could even say it is excellent. The only negative is that it often freezes, especially when opening the menu. The picture and sound are satisfactory. The colors are excessively bright, though. And it is decent for gaming on PS4.
Very good value for money. The factory settings of the image are not very good, but with a little effort, it is possible to bring them to an exceptional level. Personally, I chose around 15 images of different colors, brightness, and contrast and projected them one by one simultaneously on an iPhone 15 Pro (whose screen is universally acknowledged to have "perfect" calibration) and on the television. This way, I managed to bring the television to almost the same calibration as the iPhone. The sound is simply acceptable in most cases, but very poor for music. For music, I would recommend external speakers or a soundbar. Overall, I am very satisfied.
I had some reservations initially because I didn't know the brand. In the end, it is very good and value for money at €336 for a 43" screen. The menu is very fast and cannot be compared to an LG of the same category that I have.
