Description
This "lyonnaise" profile frying pan made of 2mm (14 gauge) blue steel offers very good heat management. It features a high edge and a curved shape that allows food to easily slide from the pan onto a plate or bowl.
The steel handle is securely riveted.
The steel surface is strong and uncoated. The blue color of the steel is due to a heat treatment that provides the pans with temporary protection against oxidation during storage and transportation.
- Extra thickness: easy to handle.
- Heats up quickly, excellent caramelization of juices.
- Riveted iron handle, curved French style: easy and ergonomic handling.
- Care: scrape with a brush and lightly oil. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents and do not put them in the dishwasher.

Reviews
Simply "EXCELLENT", the eggs don't stick at all when frying, it's not like non-stick pans but if I were to rate it I would give it 9.8/10 and that's only because sometimes the edge of the egg might stick a little, and even with a little oil, but with minimal use of a spatula it comes off immediately and then slides on the surface. Not even the bacon stuck and that's UNBELIEVABLE. I won't buy any other type of pan again, no more "TEFLON" and "STONE" ones, especially for the latter category I should say that I had paid 80€ in the past for a TEFAL pan with a stone coating, and if I hadn't spent that much money I would have thrown it away from the first moment. I didn't check to see if the company does any "seasoning" preparation, however, I followed the instructions on the packaging, that is washing-drying-heating-brushing with very little oil-heating, and ....READY. You don't have to be afraid to scrub the surface with steel wool, nor dangerous chemicals. Yes, it is somewhat heavy, it’s not suitable for "flipping" an omelet in the air, but considering all its advantages, I find that negligible. If I find an opportunity, I will upload a video during use.
