I've been using it for about a week and I'm a roll-your-own smoker.
Positives:
Convenient size.You spend less money than buying tobacco.
It might be better for your health.
The device seems quality.
You get the necessary nicotine to gradually quit smoking.
Negatives:
If you smoke roll-your-own and are used to leaving and relighting the cigarette, you'll find it incredibly stressful because you have to finish the cigarette in 3 minutes, as that’s how long it gives you; after that, you have to put in another cigarette.
As soon as you take the first puffs, your throat burns and then it gets a little better.
It has a bad smell and taste, especially at the beginning.
You only vaporize 1/3 of the tobacco; the other 2/3 are not used (I cut the cigarette and only 1/3 was black, the rest was brown), which I find unreasonable.
In conclusion:
It's positive that you save money and do something good for your health, but for me, it can't be used all hours of the day; it might be convenient for moments when you need to smoke quickly.
