The taste is like eating rust, it doesn't remind me of fruits in any way. It does the job while I'm taking it, but as soon as I stop, I feel weak. As for the teeth... a mess. Black stains. But with black charcoal that I washed my teeth with, they immediately disappeared and didn't reappear.

It caused intense staining on my teeth in less than 10 days of daily use. To avoid this, it needs to be diluted, perhaps with some juice. Personally, its taste doesn't remind me of fruit as stated on the packaging, but rather of herbs/vegetables, which I didn't find particularly enjoyable but not completely unpleasant either. With 20 ml per day for approximately 13 days, I didn't experience any gastrointestinal issues with its absorption (I usually have trouble with iron supplements), but I didn't feel any improvement in fatigue due to iron deficiency either. Considering the price of the product based on the recommended daily dosage, I don't think it's worth it when it requires months of treatment. That's why I will continue searching for another iron supplement while following a suitable diet.

In less than a week, my teeth turned black! I needed a dentist cleaning to restore them, and I don't think the iron levels (judging by the dizziness) increased...

The dyes unfortunately stained the child's teeth during a 3-month treatment and required cleaning by a dentist, however, the product managed to successfully raise prices where another artificial product had failed. I will choose it again in the future if needed, due to its exceptional plant-based composition!

After many years of failed attempts, I finally found a palatable product without the usual side effects of supplements. The only product I managed to take on an empty stomach. Well done!
