I switched to Philips in recent years as APC stopped producing (about 9-10 months ago) household devices like power surge protectors and safety power strips.
Quality and beautiful. Thick 2-meter cable made of fabric fibers. Used for the living room: TV, space heater, lamp, and charging 3 devices all at the same time. I also have the cheaper version in dark gray, without USB ports for the kitchen for over a year at 20 euros, and whenever there was a cut or the connection was lost, there was no problem.
I recommend both. If anything comes up in the future, I will come back to add.
Very good and high quality! It is exactly what I was looking for to charge multiple devices at night, plus the on/off button is very useful so I don't have to unplug the sockets in the morning and definitely the power surge protection is needed in our days. Also, the cable with the coating makes it very durable.
It is difficult to find a power strip with so many sockets, as well as with USB C and A at so many Watts. I have placed on it the television, the home cinema, a LED strip, and a Raspberry Pi (in the USB C) and they all work without any problem. Its price is good, especially considering that it is from a well-known brand.
It is a very good and affordable power strip. The USB ports help me a lot in connecting other devices. Also, the long fabric-wrapped cable is very helpful. There is a switch next to the cable and a red button.
It was exactly what I was looking for, having many devices and sometimes not enough outlets!!
1. Quality construction, inspires confidence.
2. Sufficient Ampere as most similar ones only provide 1 or 2.
3. Charging the Samsung S22 Ultra from 0 to 100 in about 2 hours (reasonable since it is neither a transformer nor an adapter).
4. You can charge devices that you don't need immediately in the built-in USB ports and use your adapter for fast charging.
5. In a room used by 2 people with almost 6 devices with USB charging ports, it solved my problem.
I bought this specific (SPN7060WA/10) after searching for a power strip that has reasonable Ampere output on the USB ports, and not the numbers you expect from chargers of the past decade. Most of the ones I found, from well-known companies, had a total output power of 2A on the USB ports!
This one has good quality plastic (nothing special), a nice covered power cord, and sufficient output power. Specifically, it has 1 Type-C port with a maximum output of 15W and 4 Type-A ports with a maximum output of 20W (all 4 USB-A ports). These are significantly more than what other companies offer, even at higher prices.
By the way, during charging through the USB ports, I didn't notice any electronic noise, and the power strip has a general switch on the top, next to the power cord.
