According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, coconut sugar is one of the most sustainable sweeteners in the world, producing up to 75% more sugar per acre compared to cane sugar.

Coconut Sugar is 100% PURE, whole coconut flower nectar, in granules.
