    For anyone who burns a lot of calories, it is the best thing out there. I have been using it for the past 2 years and it helped me go from 67 to 77 kilos with 7% body fat. I combine it with pharmaceutical dextrose at 3-4 euros per kilo and Lamberts multivitamin. The scoop is big, don't forget to eat well because it will fill up your stomach. It is a supplement, do not replace a meal with it!
