  EXCELLENT cream for the immediate healing of 2nd degree burns-blisters with fluid (let alone for 1st degree). All of the above should ideally not last for many days because burns need to breathe to "cook" and close as quickly as possible - the more we cover them, the longer they will take. On the face, which I did not cover with gauze, the burns healed completely (without leaving marks) within 10 days, while on the hand that I covered with gauze (due to work), they healed after 25 days (and if I hadn't left the wounds exposed with just the cream in the last days, they still wouldn't have healed). Generally, for a wound that is not covered with gauze, applying the cream twice a day, you will see SPECTACULAR healing day by day; the hyaluronic acid it contains works wonders!!!

  After use, the cream changes color and darkens. I was scared when I saw the stained area of application, but fortunately it immediately went away with washing. What doesn't go away quickly is the redness like a burn that it caused on the incision and on the healthy skin around it.   I used this cream after a pharmacist's recommendation for post-surgery wound healing. The first few days, when there were still stitches from the surgery, it was fine. Unfortunately, soon the area above and around the incision became red, swollen, and started to sting. As the doctor told me, it had already caused a burn... I probably had an allergic reaction... besides the sensitive area of the incision, the rest of the skin where the cream touched also got burned. I have changed the cream for two days now and fortunately, it's getting better. However, I have to admit that at least in the beginning, it was particularly cooling and soothing.
