I believed that when I would buy JBL headphones, the sound quality would be proportional to the name of the JBL factory. The disappointment is real, the sound quality is poor and it also lacks the slightest volume. I bought these headphones replacing a similar Edifier Bluetooth that I had for years... I can't compare them to anything. I wish I could find and buy the Edifier again. It's a shame that JBL supplies such poor quality headphones. Shame...

I have had them for two and a half years and they haven't had any issues at all. I use them daily, with two different devices, both for sound and for speaking. I wear them on my motorcycle and I can hear perfectly fine, and others can hear me just fine as well

Don't buy them, the battery doesn't last as long as it claims, they are not convenient, they don't fit well in the ears, it's a waste of money. I ordered the black ones and they sent me white ones for no reason.

If I make a sudden movement when I don't have the headphones in my ears, it twists around my neck causing the headphones to turn backwards or forwards. I'm not talking about sports, I'm talking about everyday use

The sound is amazing. When I received them, they had less than 1% battery and the charging time is almost 2 hours with an original Samsung charger at 2.4A

For their price, I think they are very good headphones. No one complained that they can't hear even with wind. Similarly, they sound good even in noisy conditions.

After 2 months of use, I highly recommend them without reservation. Many hours of conversations per day flawlessly. The battery is perfect
