It should be about one and a half to two months since I started trying this particular product, during training on the balance beam and parallel bars. It does not effectively absorb sweat and I also found it necessary to constantly apply force to remove the product from the container. The alcohol evaporates quickly, resulting in residue and dust falling off the palms. Compared to other products, it leaves many marks and dust and is not as effective.
