Very good, lightweight and extremely convenient to carry, takes up a lot of space in the car because it breaks in the middle (like a rain umbrella), you can also carry it on a motorcycle without protruding. 2024 UPDATE

The umbrella continues to function normally for 8 summers. Is it like giving 11.50€ every year for an umbrella? Now we are 4, so we are considering combining it with a tent of the same brand.

Well, it's the 7th summer (purchased in 2017!) and the umbrella is still going strong. I had bought it for around 90€. It's expensive, yes, but I think it's worth the money. It has been used a lot, but not with its pole, rather with a mallet.

The plastic mechanism it has for locking is not worth it, but since it works with a mallet, it doesn't bother you.

It is lightweight and takes up minimal space in your trunk. The mallet, however, does not!

In the 7 years, one of the axles has bent (around the 2nd or 3rd summer) in strong wind, but I think it's my fault because I didn't tie the ropes properly (it has 3).

Also, with opening and closing it, I have lost all the plastic stops that go at the end of each axle and fit into the umbrella's case. With frequent use, they loosened, so I did an additional sewing job around the 5th year and it's working fine. The axles have not come out of their position again.

Finally, the case (see photo) has been abandoned, but okay, we have worn it out. With a sewing job and a small clamp on the zipper (which still works perfectly), it will last a few more summers.

I believe that those who are completely clueless and negative have not used it correctly! That's all from me, and have a great time at the beach, everyone!

I had bought the same brand 6 years ago and it still withstands winds of 7-8 Beaufort. Of course, it has been damaged after all these years, but it still resists the gusts of wind. I bought this specific one. It was tested today, 19/7, in 7 Beaufort wind on the island of Mykonos with strong gusts. It held up and it seems like it will be worth the money. It definitely requires proper fastening. If someone doesn't know, yes, they might think they wasted their money.
