Very good product for its price. Dissolves easily in water, a bit more difficult in milk, which is logical because it is a denser liquid. Nice smell, nice taste, just as it says, chocolate-hazelnut. Anyone who likes chocolate and praline or chocolate milk will like this too. Relatively sweet; if you don't get along well with sugar and sweets, I wouldn't recommend it as much. As for effectiveness, it will show, although logically it does its job just fine as long as you have a proper diet and exercise program; it doesn't give you magical weight or anything like that, don't forget that. It's a supplement, and everything is judged as a whole, along with diet and exercise. Specifically, for someone who wants to gain mass, the recommended amount of protein is 1.2-2.2 grams per kilogram of your weight. I round it to 2 and say that at 73 kilograms, I will take 130 grams of supplement per day, 65 in the morning and 65 in the evening, and I will definitely get another 20 grams from food, so I reach 150. The scoop inside is 30 grams.
The cookies and cream flavor, while good, is not drinkable with the recommended 4 scoops for one serving. It is overly sweet. Personally, I use two scoops, 400 ml of half water and half milk, and it is much better. I have tried a much better product in all aspects. It is more expensive, of course, but it is also reasonable
It helps me to evenly increase my weight and muscles because I had lost quite a few kilos due to a personal problem, and I already see a difference from the first week of use. It has a very nice taste and dissolves very easily. I highly recommend it!
If you want to gain weight, get it. If you are looking for pure protein, it's not worth it. One serving is 4 whole scoops! The quantity is insane when you put it in the glass. It is overly sweet for my taste. I recommend the other product of the company which is pure protein with half the calories.
