I spray my hair before blow-drying, and if I decide to use a straightener, I apply it before that as well. It would be good if you have time to let it absorb for 1-2 minutes after spraying. I haven't noticed it helping with frizz, but it is perfect for preventing the ends from breaking and burning.

Did you find this review helpful?I don't know, I was disappointed based on the reviews I read and I wonder about those who say it helped with hydration and frizz. I wonder what I might not have done right? It doesn't hydrate my hair even a little! My hair, I should point out, is slightly curly, oily with dry ends, without dyes and very damaged, but it puffs up a lot and frizzes! A bit like a hairspray result, I would say it somewhat sticks them together but visually it doesn't show. That is, it doesn't weigh them down but it doesn't leave any soft feeling in the hair, meaning I applied it and my hair had knots when I combed it. I think it helped to keep the straightening. I tried it on wavy hair without straightening it, it didn't help at all with the frizz but it somewhat helped to not let my hair puff up so much. I didn't understand the use of the product, it confused me in its application. I don't think it works for the reason I bought it. As for heat protection, I can't say... but if it doesn't provide any hydration, how does it protect? Its scent is mild, I didn't like it much, it's indifferent, it smells somewhat like it has alcohol. I hope after some uses and a better moisturizing cream before, I will have better results. I will come back after some uses. After about a month and after I cut my hair and started taking vitamins and got a new conditioner, my hair is in better condition. So I don't feel it weighs them down nor hydrates nor helps, however, I don't know... I wouldn't buy it again because I don't feel it offers me anything! I do apply it before straightening and on dry hair afterward.

However, this product does what it promises. My hair doesn't frizz, I feel like it's moisturized enough and it has a perfect feel to it. And in terms of heat protection, I think it's equally good.
