    I have combination skin that becomes dry in the winter. This cream does not provide as much hydration as nourishment, it has a very heavy feel and does not absorb easily. I use it along with the Vichy serum which is very good, but I will not buy the cream again.

    I have dry skin and this keeps it hydrated until the next day (I apply all my creams in the pm before bedtime). Will definitely buy again. (There is a Lierac hydragenist cream I had also sampled ages ago and recall being impressed, so I'll give that a go first, but if it's not on par, will come back to the Vichy)
    UPDATE: I ended up getting the cream from Lierac again and I think it is much superior to the Vichy, my skin looks incredibly better, I saw a huge difference so I took away one star.

    For me, perhaps the best cream that exists. Incredible hydration, if you put it in the fridge it refreshes you to the fullest. It definitely also tightens the skin, it looks much firmer.

    I was thinking of trying the classic Mineral 89 as a day cream, but because I have dry skin (and I am 43) I was afraid it wouldn't cover me, so I got the Rich one. However, it is too rich... it is so thick (probably because of the shea butter) that it absorbs slowly and I feel greasy on the skin. Moreover, it does not mix at all - I mean at all - well with makeup. For these two reasons, I had to use it only as a night cream. It is nourishing though, and I notice when I wake up that it has kept my skin hydrated. As for the scent, it has a light citrus scent, it is not annoying and it disappears after a while. However, when it runs out, I will not buy it again, because I basically wanted a day cream and this one is completely unsuitable.

    At first, it may give the feeling that it is heavy and not absorbed, but this is temporary. After a few minutes, the skin becomes soft and honestly keeps the face hydrated from morning to night.
    Ideal for winter when the skin needs more hydration, but I believe that it will be equally good in the summer using a smaller amount.
    In combination with Aqualia Thermal for the night, my face is always soft, cool, and hydrated.

    The only moisturizer that, after a few days, restored my extremely dry and red skin on my face.
