The world of the sea is preparing for the shark's wedding. Four sea turtles visit the "Beauty Center" to take care of their appearance. There, before the turtles can finish what they needed to do, six gigantic lobsters suddenly appear. They say they have many errands and cannot wait for their turn. They try to forcibly remove the ladies to take their place. The turtles resist the injustice, get into a scuffle with the lobsters, and instead of the shark's wedding, it becomes... the wedding of the ragtag!

In order to ensure that children have a healthy social life grounded in effective relationships, they must cultivate empathy, the ability to put themselves in others' shoes, to understand and feel things the same way another person experiences them. This need is addressed by the illustrated books in this series, which promote emotional intelligence. With the proposed approach for parents and educators, they aim to introduce children to seeing the world through others' eyes, first learning to recognize and manage their own emotions.

Yolanda Tsoroni-Georgiadis is a graduate of the Law School, the Pedagogical Academy, and the Department of Education of the University of Athens, and has received further training at the Marasleio Teaching Institute. She worked for many years in public education, writes for educational magazines, is an active member of the Women’s Literary Society, and has published many books for children, novels for adults, and studies of folklore content.
