I bought this specific stove from a store in Athens. It arrived in my city after 2 days. Unfortunately, the stove never turned on. It was defective. The shipping company did wonders again. They threw it somewhere, causing the motion sensor to malfunction. I contacted the store where I bought it and they replaced it 3 days later. I also contacted the manufacturer about the damage, and they really did their best to serve me as quickly as possible. They intervened so that it would be replaced IMMEDIATELY. Truly, Serton (without any obligation to do so) intervened for everything!!! Real professionals!!!
I received the new stove. Quite good. Solid construction, quality, and quite effective. No comparison to the Turkish fake stoves that I have paid a fortune for.

We bought it because it is Greek-made and because, for its price, it promised something better than the 40 euro stoves. But we were disappointed. I would not recommend it for purchase

I replaced a much smaller 15-year-old stove and sadly I found that it is less efficient. I expected more based on the reviews. In a medium-sized living room with good insulation, it takes over 1 hour of operation to realize that something is happening, unless you are sitting right next to it. It is mediocre for me.

It immediately warms up my room and then I only have one bulb burning. I am completely satisfied, no comparison to my roommate's cheap heater that cost 30 euros and had 2200W. So, in my opinion, it's worth the money plus a 3-year warranty!!! Nice one!

It does not have good performance in a 12 sqm room with poor insulation at 1800 watts, that is, at its full operation.
It somewhat heats up the space after 4-5 hours, but you only feel real warmth when you stand close to it. The house is 58 sqm in Athens. I had higher expectations.
The build quality is good and it is easy to move.
