I have had it for several months and it works just fine. It doesn't stick anywhere on tiles and smooth surfaces. And it does a satisfactory job in the corners. It doesn't fit under the couch (at least not mine) but it fits under beds. On carpets close to height and with short pile, it has no problem, it cleans satisfactorily. It gets stuck on carpets with high pile (shaggy etc.) because it pulls the carpet in and can't continue. It doesn't exactly mop, it just has a small water tank and rubs the floor with a damp cloth. The mapping is very good and is done easily. The app is average, it doesn't have many options. Like everything, it needs maintenance (once a month), meaning you have to clean the brush underneath. In general, nothing replaces manual sweeping, but it has helped us a lot because we have a dog.
Very powerful to the point that you need to gather thin small rugs or those with fringes as well as any curtains that drag because it sucks everything up! On the plus side, it even jumps over table legs with the power it has and its sturdy wheels; on the downside, because the space sweeper protrudes quite a bit at the top, it cannot fit under beds that have a large height gap.
For the money, it's excellent! It only has one additional cost for the bags that go into the charging station, but it's not significant compared to the job it does.
The mop is very good. The mopping is decent, but it leaves small marks, lines from where it passes. To mop, you need to fill the bucket with water, so you can't use it if you're not home. Its cloth cleans very easily with a brush. For a house without much dirt, the mopping is okay. Otherwise, you have to wash the cloth in between. You can isolate the dirt so it doesn't get into the mopping. Its maps are just fine.
I use it in a single professional space of about 120 square meters. I won't deny it. It saves me the time I would spend on vacuuming and does it quite well. I haven't used the mopping feature. The app is very convenient, allowing me to control the robot from a distance. The three stars are due to the fact that even though I have placed virtual walls on the map, it "jumps over" them and gets stuck on the other side of the barrier. Extremely annoying. Plus, several times it lost the map and I had to do remapping. The reliability in this aspect is limited.
There is a connection difficulty with the application; it sometimes takes quite a while to connect to the device. It is very good for its price overall.
Well, the "So Tiri" is one of the best gadgets I have. More than enough for 100 square meters. It goes into corners, pays attention to stairs, has 2 bags from its mother that took over 20 dogs worth of fur to fill one. It collects everything; it's a crazy helper for day-to-day cleaning, but not that you'll forget your regular broom. HOWEVER, it’s perfect for everyday use. Its mopping is a bit off, but if you put it on STRONG, it will get the job done, and you tell it to go over twice. It says not to put detergent inside, but I put (as a good rebel) a few drops, and of course, I clean it afterward. It has solved my hands with the 3 "little rascals" we have at home, and in the summer, they throw a party.
Quite a good product, I have had it for over a month now and I am satisfied with the job it does, very easy to set up, its battery lasts a long time, quite honest for its price and cleans quite satisfactorily, not perfectly but okay. It maps the house very well, one disadvantage is that the sensors need frequent cleaning to always function properly, as if there is a little dust on them, it is not as functional and bumps into objects, etc. Additionally, mopping is useless as it just passes over the area with a wet cloth. Also, if the rugs are small and light, it doesn't go over them, it just drags them along. It goes over the hard rugs normally and cleans them. Overall, I am satisfied.
After searching for my first robotic vacuum, I ended up with this one.
•Very satisfactory cleaning that it does, and without exaggeration, my house is now cleaner than ever.
•Although it can't fit in some spots, in others where I struggled to clean with a conventional vacuum, like under the sofa and some other furniture, they are now always clean.
•Its operation is daily in automatic mode, so my only involvement with it is when I clean the filter (usually every 7-10 uses) and when I set it for mopping.
I will share some of my habits to help those who haven't bought a robotic vacuum yet.
•First, your house needs to be tidy. The vacuum doesn't do well with cables and small objects, like toys.
•Obviously, it can't clean behind doors, but you can, if your doors open counterclockwise (because when it enters a room, it starts cleaning around from the right), close the door until it makes its way around the room. This, of course, means you have to be involved in the cleaning and it won't be automatic.
•Mopping is done by filling the water tank and wetting the cloth that it drags behind. Although the instructions say not to use any detergent because it may cause damage, personally, I add a small amount of baby floor detergent, and it leaves a pleasant scent. It certainly doesn't sterilize the area, but it's better than just plain water.
•I always set it to go over the rooms I’ve chosen to mop twice for better results. I set the water it leaves on the floor to the maximum amount. For a house that is normally dirty (not sauces, etc., on the floor), it cleans almost everything.
Personally, after my experience with this vacuum, I regret not going for the X20+.
Of course, its price is quite a bit higher. However, the mopping function, which lifts the feet when it detects carpet and is self-cleaning, is worth the money for me.
Now there are also vacuums that use cameras and AI. If you don't need all that, this one is the bare minimum in terms of functions for me. Also, never get a vacuum without an automatic dustbin because you become the slave of the vacuum. I hope I helped.

Excellent product!!! It's 100% worth the purchase, especially if you have small children or pets. I am satisfied with both the vacuuming and mopping. It's not completely silent, but the noise it makes is not at all annoying and it is definitely much quieter compared to a regular vacuum cleaner.
I read somewhere that it gets stuck, needs frequent mapping, and has connectivity issues. I believe this is an internet issue. I've had it for two months, I use it every other day, and I haven't encountered any problems. On the contrary, I was pleasantly surprised that it "insists" on reaching spots that are not easily accessible.
It climbs carpets normally and its dustbin is quite large!

I have a cat that sheds a lot, and that's why I bought this vacuum! It's excellent, especially in a home without many things on the floor, with open space! I have it set to vacuum once a day, and it collects incredible amounts of hair! The floor is spotless, I highly recommend it!
It is very good at collecting pet hair. Generally, for something daily it is okay but it definitely needs a regular vacuum and mopping on the weekend. If it finds a charging cable, thread, etc., it pulls them. Noise like a regular vacuum. It constantly tries to climb on fan bases, floor lamps, etc. Its mopping is just spreading, meaning a wet microfiber cloth spreads around the house... you can't even put any detergent in. Average overall. I would prefer it to have a rotating cloth and be able to use cleaner. The base is quite useless because the hose often gets clogged and doesn't notify you. Meanwhile, the vacuum's container comes out and empties very easily.
I bought it a month ago for a 120sqm house. I have a dog that sheds quite a bit, to the point that if you leave the house unvacuumed for a day, the next day you see hair in the corners. I am in love with it! With 2 dogs in the house, I have never seen the floor so clean (I used to vacuum twice a week and mop once). I want to focus on mopping because I haven't seen enough tips here. Since we can't put cleaner inside the vacuum, what I read somewhere that helps is to put floor liquid (I added a little vinegar) in a spray bottle and dilute it with water (about one cap of liquid in 200 ml of water), spray it in various spots, and then let it mop. In strange places in the house, I let it mop twice. Through the app, you can choose various functions. For example, in the bathroom, set the vacuum to maximum intensity and mop twice. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. I was in doubt between the x10+ and this one; if you asked me now, I would spend the extra 150 euros, but if it stresses you out, you will enjoy it
I use it every other day because I have cats at home and I am very satisfied. It goes without saying that it doesn't do details, but it helps a lot with the very basics. And the mopping is good. I haven't used it on carpets yet.
We got the vacuum at the beginning of summer for a house of about 100 square meters with two cats to collect their endless fur. The mapping was done very easily, it took no more than an hour and a half. We use the vacuum almost daily (only for vacuuming, not mopping) with very good results, it collects all the fur, crumbs, etc. It just requires a little attention with the cables; if we forget to pick them up, it goes and gets tangled (you can set restricted areas so it doesn't go near the cables, we didn't do that so it can vacuum everywhere).
I got this particular vacuum for my sister and for myself the X20+. I believe with the small price difference they have, you should not prefer this one. Think of it as a long-term purchase; the €150.00 difference for the 4-5 years it will last is a negligible amount.
The best purchase of my life. I bought it a year ago and the floor shines every day without me doing anything. Just by pressing a button on my phone. I love it.
Very good vacuum cleaner.
Easy to connect, to map, and very effective. The only downside is that because I have a large pet at home that sheds hair, it all clumps together in the vacuum's bin and cannot be emptied into the charging base, which means we have to empty it ourselves after each use.
Mopping without any special performance.
Also, a great convenience is the automation feature through the mobile app that allows it to start on its own every day (I set it to start every day at 10:00 when we have all left the house), so you don't have to keep vacuuming in mind.

Excellent job, good mapping, it doesn't get stuck, I saved myself with 2 dogs. I regret not getting it earlier. It's a great convenience that it empties the bin by itself. I haven't tried mopping, but it saved me with vacuuming. Once it maps the area, it moves faster and more comfortably around the space. Just make sure there isn't clutter on the floor when you set it up.
This is the third generation of Xiaomi vacuum cleaner we are getting, and by far the best one; it has truly made our lives easier, especially now that we have a little one crawling around the house. I won't say whether it overcomes obstacles or gets stuck on things, etc., because we simply haven't dealt with that at all - we just make sure the house is normally tidy, meaning there are no stray cables or other such small items lying around, we press the button and go to sleep, and in the morning the vacuum is perfectly in place and the floor is spotless. We were particularly pleased that it doesn't get stuck on the rubber floor of the baby, and of course, the extra bin is super convenient; you don't have to empty it every little while - in fact, we've had it for almost a month, and we haven't emptied the bag yet.
I have a dog with long fur and my carpets have never looked so clean. The purchase is worth it so far.. don't expect much from mopping.. like a swiffer... Be careful with light rugs.. and loose cables
I am very, very satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. I have a black dog and a white floor, it really cleans it, it has never been so clean. The ultimate pleasure is when you see it going under the furniture and you don't have to move them while vacuuming. MAGIC!!! Very value for money!
Ease of emptying, it needs cleaning from underneath about once a month for hairs that wrap around the brush and dust! If you have rugs with fringes, it pulls the fringes in and gets stuck. That's the only negative thing I have to say..

It solved my hands. I bought it solely for my dog's hair. It does a very good job in terms of its purpose but that's about it... Hair and dust... I didn't try it on carpets. When it encounters enough hair, it gathers them underneath and drags them... If I could turn back time, I would give something extra and get the one with rotating sponge. This one simply drags a wet cloth. In summary... If you have a pet and want your house to be constantly refreshed in terms of hair and dust... it cleans and sponges just fine. If you want a little extra... spend a little more money for something superior...
While it cleans well, it constantly loses its way, bumps into furniture, and as a result, I have to constantly restart it, delete the device from the app, reconnect it, and start mapping from scratch. It tires me out more than it relaxes me, I would say.
