It does not moisturize the body to the extent that it promises, but it leaves a wonderful scent after the shower as if you have applied moisturizer. I would buy it again, but not for hydration.

I was going for another company's shower oil, but it wasn't available. I like these new pharmacists in my area, and I was embarrassed not to buy it. I usually suffer from water-induced itching during the winter months. Rare, just like my very light colors for a Greek woman. After the shower, with antihistamines and the products recommended by my allergist, there were times when the itching drove me crazy all over my body. I dreaded showers, out of fear of what would follow, but the only medical answer I received was that just as it appeared suddenly, it would pass in the same way. After some reading, I applied Septona baby oil to my body, then washed with this shower gel, and finally used a new cream from A-Derma. No itching, nor the feeling that I'm smeared with cream.
