The best purchase I have made! And I have a point of comparison because I bought one of the first ROBOROCKs that were released in 2019, which was also very good...
However, this one is better because it has a different system for mopping with rotating pads that scrub the floor, while the old one simply had a pad that dragged on the floor. It definitely won't remove, for example, a stain from a dried tomato in the kitchen, but it certainly removes simple stains. The placement of the pads and the water tank is very easy. The water tank is relatively small, but I think it's enough for 80-100 square meters.
It doesn't fall if it finds an empty space, I tested it on stairs and it worked perfectly. Of course, it doesn't bump into furniture at all and thoroughly cleans even the most difficult areas. I don't have an opinion on carpets and rugs because I don't have them in my house. It is quieter than the ROBOROCK, I have also uploaded a video (you can hear some crickets, don't mind them).
Its software is very easy to install and very user-friendly. Also, there I can see the old ROBOROCK and the XIAOMI AIR FRYER that I have... It maps very well, it divides the house into rooms on its own (see photo) and from there you can select which room or rooms it should clean, it goes like a good housewife, does it and returns to its base... You can also determine the order in which it cleans the rooms, as well as the intensity of vacuuming and mopping in each room separately!
I tried it in the village without Wi-Fi, it cleaned everything just fine, it just had some difficulty returning to its base, I had to pick it up and put it on myself, but I haven't had time to investigate it properly, maybe I did something wrong.
Cleaning it is very easy because all the parts are removable and you can clean it very well. However, it is more efficient if you use it frequently and it doesn't have to deal with accumulated dirt.
So far, I haven't found any flaws, I highly recommend it...
First time I buy a robot vacuum cleaner so I don't have previous experience.. but this specific vacuum cleaner has fully satisfied me.. very easy mapping of the house.. very easy to use from the beginning.. it cleans exceptionally well except for weird corners that it obviously can't reach.. on Medium intensity it may leave some dust but if you put it on the highest level it picks up everything.. mopping is also satisfactory.. I bought it for daily use but it definitely cleans much better than I expected..
As for reliability, after three months of use, I have sent it for repair twice.. the first time it stopped recognizing the dust bin and now it has stopped working again... quite sensitive in the end... two stars in the end due to multiple malfunctions...

It is definitely vfm! I use it on a daily basis and it does a very good job at sweeping. The downside is that it doesn't mop but pretends to! The attachments it has have very short bristles and don't hold any moisture at all.

First experience with a robot vacuum and it has been a lifesaver. I have had the vacuum since last summer and for a year now it has not given me any problems. With two cats at home, it does a very good job and now I also use it as a "helper" for general cleaning. It does the top areas first and then I handle the details. On my carpet, which has medium to long pile, it doesn't do a good job, but that was expected. Unfortunately, it doesn't "recognize" certain objects to avoid; I'm okay with small items, but it should avoid shoes instead of trying to go over them. What I regret is not getting a vacuum with a bin for automatic cleaning. With the cat hair and my own, it gets clogged very quickly.
Good quality, cleans the tiles well, but I had one problem that in the living room I have a carpet and I have to remove the two sponge pieces so it doesn't stick there. But overall it is very good.
Very good at sweeping... Better than I imagined... Not so much at mopping... Leaves quite a bit of dirt behind... I would give 95% for sweeping and maybe 10%-20% for mopping
It struggled quite a bit to map the house, even with minimal and very "easy" furniture. It often gets stuck for no reason and you just need to press "resume" for it to continue. It cleans quite well (both vacuuming and mopping). It covers a 100 sqm house on a single charge. Practical for keeping the house in good condition, although of course, it is not the solution for absolute cleanliness (see corners).
I am puzzled by the positive comments that made me buy it. Yes, it cleans and maintains, but how? Because in my house, it constantly loses its way, skips rooms, and gets confused if there is an object in front of it, like shoes; it sweeps away things that were in their place on the mapping. It even broke its brush after two uses because it was sweeping everywhere.
I have had it for three months. It cleans excessively well. It doesn't go up on the hallways with the mopping cloths. For the whole house of 100 sqm, one full charge is not enough. I let it clean room by room and I empty it. We have a dog and it doesn't leave any hair behind. I am very satisfied!
I bought it for my mother and I am extremely satisfied. Yes, I treat it like a child - good cleaning and emptying after each use - but the job it does makes me happy for the money I spent. It cleans 50 sq. m. in an hour with 2 dogs and quite a few obstacles, but with the mapping, it has no issues at all. I will return for effectiveness on carpets.
update: in standard mode, the truth is that it was not effective on carpets. However, in turbo mode, it does just fine! I clearly recommend it!

Much more satisfactory result than I expected. Very easy to use. I would like to somehow be able to send it to clean a very specific part of the house if needed. In the water tank, we add white vinegar, which dissolves the water's minerals and disinfects. And on the mopping cloths, we spray disinfectant spray before starting the mopping.
I have had the vacuum for about a year. It replaced the Xiaomi Mop Pro which I had for 3 years and it broke probably due to my own mistake. Well, there is no comparison between the two. The Xiaomi Mop Pro vacuumed and mopped well (I can say a little better than this one) but it never finished the house. It always lost the map, with the slightest obstacle it would return to its base and never finished vacuuming. It drove me crazy. However, with this vacuum, my life has changed. It has a camera, it hardly ever gets confused, and it finishes the house much faster than the previous one and on one charge, (house 147 sq.m). I highly recommend it.
There is no better gadget, especially if you have a pet. Daily use in a 94 sqm space. Easy maps and zone creation.
The bin needs to be emptied after each cleaning (but it's super easy).

It's relatively fast in its sweeping and doesn't make unnecessary movements compared to other vacuums (I've tried other robot vacuums) so I can confidently tell you that at the price it is now, you won't find a better machine!
I also want to add and help some who say that for the first 2-3 months it worked well and now it doesn't work, its performance has dropped, etc.
Cyclonic vacuums that work with a cord, as well as rechargeable stick vacuums, robot vacuums, and generally vacuums that don't have a bag and have a bin, besides needing to empty the bin, also require cleaning and a good blowing of the HEPA filters, the paper filters that are located behind the bin, every time the bin gets full.
If you do this, then your vacuum will be like the first day!
A vacuum cleaner that is worth its money when it comes to vacuuming. I haven't used it for mopping. The additional brush it has collects the gathered dust in the corners. You always have the house in good condition.

I bought it from a well-known chain of stores to add the extra replacement warranty instead of repair due to small children.
Overall, it has been a great help. I put it down, it cleans, and the floor is ready for mopping.
With two small children and a cat, with use every other day, the bin needs emptying every 2-3 uses.
The mopping is superficial, so I can't say it makes much sense; besides, the use of cleaning products with water is not allowed.

It is an excellent choice for a home with pets and the hair problem we face. From there, yes, it does a satisfactory vacuuming but mediocre mopping (because you can't use scented liquid) in no time at all!!! In full mode, it does make a bit of noise, but you can operate it from your phone at times when you're not home. The only downside is that it cannot clean corners and spots where there are chairs or obstacles, which is completely reasonable. I think that with one traditional vacuuming and mopping session a week, your home will be super clean. I haven't tried it on carpets yet....
For anyone looking for a robot vacuum, I would say that it might be the best in its category. It cleans incredibly well and thoroughly, and it mops even better.
Good and user-friendly. Your application gives many possibilities of room separation, prohibition of mopping, etc. It leaves the space clean. It gets confused sometimes but manages. Vacuuming is very good, mopping is honest.

I come from using another, the iLife V9e, and I understand the difference in everything, this vacuum cleaner cleans and indeed extremely carefully and consistently, it is on another level, worth every euro I spent to buy it, I am amazed at the way it works.

Shame. It started making strange noises WITHIN 5 DAYS OF USE. I didn't touch it, I didn't do anything, I just went to turn it on and it started making strange noises as if something had happened inside.
For simple general use, it keeps the house clean from dust, which is good, it doesn't clean it, it maintains it. It does a decent job for its price.
First-time user of a robotic vacuum cleaner, and I had many doubts and questions. As soon as it did its first cleaning, all of them disappeared. I have had this specific vacuum for about 6 months.
Construction, very sturdy and overall hard and good quality plastics, it hasn't caused me any issues so far.
Cleaning, the first time is always fun, because it maps the house and goes wherever it wants. But after it learns your house, you better run and hide. I've noticed that the more it cleans, the faster it goes, because it knows exactly what's inside the house, no matter how strange that may be. Before I start it, I lift things up, like chairs, pillows, etc.
I want it to do a proper job. In a 100 sqm house, it initially took about 1.30 hours, now it can do the same in one hour, because it has learned it. It cleans effectively. It doesn't clean carpets as well, but I don't have many, if any, so it doesn't bother me. It reaches all the corners and every time it finishes, I wonder where it found so much dust in the bin... The mobile application is fully understandable and user-friendly. It has all the functions you would want. The battery lasts more than enough for the strong cleaning level, not on max because I didn't notice a difference and it consumes more battery and makes more noise. It has intensity and sucks up every piece of dirt on the floor. All the sensors work really well, and I am impressed. It reads everything perfectly and cleans each room, recognizing it exceptionally. At first, it does the perimeter and corners of the room and then goes zigzag and picks up everything nicely.
Mopping, I knew from the beginning that it wouldn't do anything crazy, its mopping pads are nice, but they are superficial. You can't pour any cleaning solution inside, I do the trick and pour it occasionally on the floor inside the house. It does the job for excessive dust.
Would I recommend it? Yes, I would say, if you have a big house, you're lazy to clean it when you have a day off during the week and you want to relax. I have completely replaced the conventional vacuum, it hasn't come out in over six months, since I got the robotic vacuum. I hope it continues to perform well in the future.
Negatives:
1. If you get it for "multiple mapping", think again. The application is so difficult to use on this issue, that I simply end up taking it to the area I want and pressing the button without the application (so it delays, as it does not have previous mapping)
2. the fact that it often gets tangled in its own charger is impressive.
3. Sometimes it doesn't stop at objects, pushes them and causes damage, e.g. a water container for pets
