You need a size bigger than what you wear. It's not for walking all day because the material is hard and doesn't properly support the foot, but they are stylish flip flops. That's it.

I generally wear size 45. The size of this product is borderline correct. I would probably buy size 46 if I chose it again... Overall, it's okay as a product
