I completed 3 months of use after experiencing hair loss issues. Due to intense stress, I faced a serious problem of sudden hair loss that continued for about 3 months. It was recommended to me by the dermatologist as a solution to the problem. Like many others, I expected to see results within a month. However, this is not true. Otherwise, it wouldn't say that it takes 3 months to show results. Personally, I started seeing results at the end of the second month, and now that the third month is ending, I can say that hair loss has almost completely stopped. I will likely continue with a maintenance treatment and maybe start it intensively again in the summer. Another thing, I noticed a significant difference in my skin, especially on my face. Clearer skin and pimples heal faster now. As for the negatives, I have to mention that during the first ten days of starting it, it caused stomach disturbances. Over time, I understood what I should eat and what not to eat around the time of taking the supplement, and that's how it all stopped. It is definitely a heavy supplement for the body, so it requires caution. Its price is also something that creates a little issue as it is one of the most expensive ones. Additionally, I have read many reviews that criticize it for the issue of hair regrowth. That is not its "job". It simply helps reduce hair loss. To grow new hair, a specialized hair growth treatment should be followed.
An update on 18/3/21: I have started taking it again as a maintenance treatment, now with 2 tablets per day, as I want it to act preventively due to the change of season and intense stress. So far, I haven't noticed any excessive hair loss, and I hope that Cyctiphane will prevent it.
Intense itching / tingling in my head and heavy for my stomach. I bought a total of 4 boxes but didn't see the result I expected. For three years now... I buy supplements from a different company with a dosage of 2 instead of 4 tablets (same price and more or less the same ingredients in content). The purchase of this product was made after the advertisement and the many positive comments I read on Skroutz. I bought the product with the offer for a total of 120 capsules. The indications recommend 4 capsules a day. But I took 2 for a total of 2 months. I believe it is a very reliable dietary supplement for hair. However, for some reason, one of its ingredients intensifies some occasional palpitations that I already have (occasional contractions). These contractions can occur even from excessive caffeine consumption, for example, but they are somewhat annoying... When I discussed it with a specialist, he told me that perhaps the excessive concentration of one of the B complex vitamins in the supplement could be responsible, and next time I should find an alternative with a lower amount of it. It has an effect if you follow the dosage and don't forget to take them. I have seen very good results without needing to buy ampoules. But if I skip a day and take them whenever I remember, I don't see any results. It is important to take them every day.
I always had thick hair and very strong nails. Suddenly, I started losing my hair. I thought it was temporary and it would stop, but it only got worse. At the same time, my nails became so weak that they would break easily.

Nice product but my body can't handle the 4 pills per day that are recommended in the brochure. It also causes a strange dryness on the lips. As for the issue of hair loss, it does the job. After I stopped taking them for a week, the hair loss started again. I hope I don't have to take them for a lifetime...
