I have had the Roborock s50 since 2019, a dog, and a classic old ancient Miele vacuum cleaner which we haven't used since the Roborock came in. Now with a 2.5-year-old child, the stick vacuum was needed to quickly pick up crumbs from high chairs, sofas, and the floor; with the old one, you had to take it out, plug it in, etc... the stick is quick and easy! But besides being convenient, it is also very powerful in terms of suction compared to the Miele 900 watts; the Xiaomi is stronger! I only vacuum on the highest setting and its battery lasts for a 95-100 sq.m. house. We do not have pets. It would be helpful if it had a light for vacuuming in the dark, which allows you to see even the slightest trace of dust, but there is a light you can buy from China. The only negative I find is that the wall mount is only for the vacuum cleaner and there is nowhere to put the accessories; there is a solution for that too with 3D printed wall mounts (see photo).
The most convenient vacuum cleaner there is. I use it every day and I'm about to eliminate the electric one! Very helpful, absorbent, and with satisfactory battery life!
Stick vacuums are for quick cleaning and do not replace traditional electric vacuums. To avoid straining your back and getting tangled in cords, you get a stick vacuum. Now, this particular one is incredible value for money because it is cheap, powerful, and has very good battery life for a stick vacuum. Other more expensive models have exactly the same autonomy. If you use it on the first and second settings, the battery lasts a long time, and don't think it doesn't pick up; on the contrary, it picks up and you see dirt in the bin where you thought it was clean. The attachment for dust mites is extremely useful for sofas, beds, etc. Assuming you use it twice a week to clean the house and use the big vacuum once a month instead of every 14 days, you'll charge it once a week, which means 4 times a month × 12 = 48 charges a year. Xiaomi claims a battery life of 2500 charges, so it lasts a lifetime. Don't buy a second battery; it's not needed on the first and second settings, it's enough to clean the house maybe even twice. It doesn't replace the traditional vacuum, but it makes your daily cleaning effortless and allows you to do the deep cleaning less frequently.
First of all, I have to say that the vacuum cleaner is very beautiful, easy to maneuver while cleaning, and comes with a special attachment to turn it into a small vacuum for hard-to-reach corners or cars, etc. It also has a special brush for sofas, beds, and carpets to clean them from dust mites, as it says in the description. It loses 1 star for the battery, which on setting '2' on tiles lasted a maximum of 25 minutes, brand new. Maybe the 35 minutes refer to a more relaxed use. I was disappointed because I couldn't finish cleaning my 85 sqm house in time. For 149 euros, I think it's okay; it picks up dust and hair well. It charges in about 3 hours, and I looked to buy a second battery separately, but it's not worth it; the authentic Xiaomi one costs about 70 euros. I didn't find any aftermarket options, and I will return for updates.
It's just tragic... compared to a Grundig that I've had for 8 years and still works, it lasts ONLY 15 MINUTES!!!! I wonder who thought of this; to operate it, you have to keep pressing the button, and very importantly, it doesn't have a light... I'm crying over my money; I was misled by the reviews.
It has freed my hands. I have a dog at home and it is so easy to use that I don't worry at all about using it.

Super easy to use, lightweight! With one charge, I can go through the whole house which is quite big! If you have a cat, then it doesn't suck up the litter granules so well - the granules slip down again. The attachment for dust mites and hair for sofas and beds is top! Those of you with pets will love it. The bin is large and empties easily!!
It broke in 3 months!! Another Xiaomi that I had bought as a gift for my mother broke in 3 months as well. Also, one that I had bought earlier had a problem within the 2-year warranty, they fixed it for me but its performance dropped significantly and it underperforms. They were three different Xiaomi models. A failure 3 out of 3! I had given so many chances due to the low price but never again Xiaomi. In the end, the cheap is also expensive!
User-friendly and with very good absorbency. The only downside is that the battery lasts a short time at maximum intensity.
Very good, very powerful for small spaces. The battery on the strong setting doesn't last even 15 minutes, but even the smaller settings are fine for regular dust. If you have large houses, 65 square meters and above, it's better to go for the G10 Plus or some Dyson, depending on the budget
A great vacuum, but the battery didn't last long. It runs out immediately. It might be because I keep it plugged in all the time. But still, they should have anticipated this and made it stop charging when it is above a certain percentage like some smartphones do.

First use and experience with such a vacuum cleaner and I wonder if I made the right choice. Having two pets, it collects hair and dust quite well, it is neither heavy in the hand nor light. However, I was definitely disappointed with the battery. I used it on the high setting and it ran out in no time. It loses a star because of the battery.
Very practical. It reaches everywhere with the extension it has. We use it as a regular vacuum cleaner. The only perhaps disadvantage is that you can't find spare parts if any of its components break.
It cleans well but it's not so flexible when you turn it and it gets tiring. The battery lasts only 1 quarter (of course you vacuum at max and not at min)
I'm so happy with this. I use it multiple times throughout the day because I'm allergic to dust. I also vacuum my mattress with it. Love that it doesn't take up too much space ️
One of the best purchases I have made, I have two dogs, one of which has fur that sticks. With the first ladder, it cleans my sofa! With the second one, it cleans the sofa even easier and faster! I haven't even tried the third ladder because the first and second ones do a perfect job. Definitely value for money
Quite powerful, it sucks very well on carpets, the only negative is that I have to use it on level 3 constantly to suck well and so the battery runs out very quickly
Not having any previous experience with a stick vacuum, I blindly bought it after the recommendation of friends who have the G9. I have only had it for 1 day, so my opinion reflects my first impression.
Having a dog with a lot of hair in the house (Labrador, for anyone who can share my pain), I was looking for a solution for quick hair/dust cleaning from furniture, as the floor is taken care of by a Roborock that wanders around all day, literally, already living with its second battery.
Let's talk about the G9 Plus now:
- The first mode really has no reason to exist, I don't understand what you could clean with the ECO mode.
- The second mode is acceptable but I wasn't thrilled. Of course, I mainly use it for its autonomy.
- The third mode is what it should be permanently, if the battery lasted a little longer. Unfortunately, we don't get along well with autonomy in the third mode. I haven't kept track of the time yet, but it noticeably lasts about 10 minutes and the battery gets very hot.
The autonomy in the second mode is somewhat better, but still not enough for my needs.
The plastics and build quality are good, classic Xiaomi, I have no complaints.
With the floor and sofa attachments, I can't say that I'm thrilled, they do pick up a lot of hair but not all of it.
Where I got really disappointed compared to the G9 is the wall mount and the fact that it has one less accessory (which would have been very useful to me). However, the wall mount of the G9 Plus is tragic, just a simple bracket to hold it, no charger or slots for accessories, nothing.
You have to plug in the charging cable yourself every time and the accessories are left scattered in the cabinet. Clearly a step back compared to the G9.
To summarize: The vacuum is very well built. Its suction is okay, I don't think it can replace a corded vacuum but for quick cleanings and pseudo-dusting without having to pull cords/look for outlets/assemble the whole vacuum, it is a good solution.
It should have double the battery life and the support/charger base of the G9.
Rating 3.5/5 from me, so as not to unfairly rate it with 3/5.
First day of buying the stick vacuum and I'm really impressed.. very powerful, just wish it had slightly harder plastics, it would have been better!!
In contrast to some expensive vacuums, this one is worth its money
I was very concerned about which stick vacuum cleaner to buy. I read reviews, looked at features, but I couldn't really find the right one. I should mention that I was looking for one within the price range of 150-350€, that was my budget limit.
What can I say...
I have a 110sqm house with 8 carpets (2 small, 6 large). I vacuumed the entire wooden floor of the house with the first setting, which has power, and then I went over all the carpets with the medium setting, which requires more power to suck up. The result was very good... It took me 15 minutes for the whole house. I have 1 cat and 1 dog, so there are quite a few hairs inside the house, and the carpets picked up a lot of dirt that you can't see with the naked eye, it's there in the dustbin. Emptying the dustbin is very easy. The battery dropped one bar out of the three it has.
It's a bit heavy, but I believe you get used to it. It charges relatively quickly. I am very satisfied, now time will tell about its durability. For the price I got it, 170€, it's value for money
Very powerful and perfect for a 85 sq.m. house, just make sure not to run out of battery and forget to charge it because it takes a long time to fully charge (3-4 hours)
For a first battery-powered stick vacuum, if you are not in favor of batteries, it is very good. It will change your opinion. I recommend it
Quite good so far.. especially on the 3rd level, it does a very good job on carpets and furniture.. the only thing I would like is for the battery to last longer on the 3rd level.. but on the other levels, it's good enough to clean the whole house.
Nice little vacuum cleaner. It has 3 settings. It has nice accessories. As for the drawbacks, I will say that the head does not rotate, so it is difficult to clean under furniture. Also, you have to press the button and it is tiring.
It cleans well on the large staircase, it is very convenient for a quick refresh in a 70m2 house... average plastic though and its battery gave up after about 4 months without much use... luckily it was under warranty...
The brush on the sole does an amazing job. It is lightweight and easy to use. It doesn't have a particularly strong suction, but it does its job comfortably.
It is an economical choice to clean the floor, car mats, and upholstery from anything solid. It has not been tested on carpets yet as it was purchased in the summer (6/23) and I do not know its performance there. I am skeptical about the durability of the plastic attachments in prolonged impact on corners, boxes, furniture, or even dropping. I think that its plastic components, except for the metal tube, do not have hard plastic like traditional vacuum cleaners and may break easily. Also, the metal tube seems thin but has a nice appearance and is lightweight. As for its flexibility, I can observe that it is too flexible since the nozzle moves freely and may require some familiarity in handling it to prevent it from going everywhere while also holding the relatively heavy head due to the bin and battery. The bin empties easily, the attachments change easily, and cleaning is also very easy. It is capable on the small staircase (it has 3 steps) while the large one is not suitable. You can vacuum the house without waking up even the baby... unless you vacuum where they are sleeping. It easily cleans a 85sqm house on the small staircase and I believe the large one would be sufficient as it is summer, so we are talking about bare floors. Update: Additionally, the attachment for mites does an amazing job!! You can even clean the upholstery afterwards with a handheld vacuum and they will be completely clean!
