I have also undervolted it with MSI Afterburner (max 2835mhz@1mvolt) and +1300 on memory speed.

In The Last of Us Part 1 (version 1.1.0), it has a maximum power consumption of 132 watts at 4K (DLSS quality) with optimized ~ultra settings at 95-99% GPU utilization. It can definitely handle more, as it showed no signs of instability in all my tests.

I should note that GPU prices in general are through the roof, but this one at least has the potential to save you a lot of money on electricity in the long run. In my opinion, it should be priced around 350 - 400€ (and similarly for all the others, of course).
