Today, Memory and Remembrance are two concepts that are absolutely confused. However, in the era of Ancient Greece, they had a completely distinct and decisive significance as Memory concerned the known function of our brain and is related to our present life, while Remembrance concerned the retrieval of forgotten events from our previous lives, which continue to remain engraved in the eternal Memory of our Soul. Unfortunately, this function of Remembrance, with the important meaning attributed to it by Aristotle, has been completely ignored. However, according to the revelations of the great Philosopher, the reactivation and restoration of Remembrance should be the main goal of the life of every Human who would wish to advance in their Spiritual evolution.
