Full compatibility with home assistant. The downside is that for remote access (with mobile data, for example) it uses Reolink's servers. Fortunately, no subscription is required, only for cloud storage which is optional. By disabling the UID in the settings, you have only local access => more security. As for remote access, I solved it with an OpenVPN on my router and with dynDNS.

Compatible with HomeAssistant and Frigate. Installation by someone familiar with technology is not difficult at all and the settings you can make are numerous. There are many videos online with detailed features of it.

Did you find this review helpful?Excellent doorbell, very good response. Positive that it connects to the existing wiring but not to the existing doorbell, so one socket is lost for the doorbell. Negative that the memory card is located on the doorbell and can be easily removed. Therefore, it is not suitable for recording or external use.
I come back after 6 months of use....2 serious freezes and the remote function is gone. It needed to be deleted and reinstalled. The problem was due to the power supply of the staircase. I directly connected it to a socket and since then everything is perfect. 5 stars economy-wise!
