  I bought it in November and have used it several times, it's a beast! I have 3 cats, a lot of fur in general, I have thin rugs so it goes over them and doesn't get stuck. And its mopping is okay, it does a good job on stubborn stains or, for example, cat vomit-water, it doesn't clean those, they need pressure. It generally climbs over things, very persistent! And if it gets stuck, it returns to its base. Overall, very user-friendly and the app that I use remotely to clean works great, it maps out just fine and if I want it to go to specific rooms, it goes and does only those. Overall, it's value for money, my house is 73 sqm and it does a great job in 20 minutes of vacuuming! Just make sure to clean it immediately after use, especially if you have pets, because it collects fur in the wheels, etc., so it doesn't break down!

  After almost two years with this vacuum, I can say that I am very satisfied. You vacuum and mop the house well once a month, and then you let the vacuum maintain a satisfactory level of cleanliness. It will never reach the level of an electric vacuum and mop, but it can keep the house in a more than satisfactory condition.

  The trick to vacuuming well, besides needing to vacuum continuously in turbo mode, is that you should divide large spaces into smaller ones. If you have a continuous space, the vacuum loses focus and concentrates on that, resulting in it discharging without having done anything at all besides the large space. So, divide the large areas of your house into smaller "rooms" on the digital map.

  Finally, mopping simply exists. With high water level and meticulous mopping in the settings, we wet the mop of the vacuum with a little mopping detergent, and it simply keeps the floor clean and shiny. Don’t expect it to clean stubborn stains. For the money, it is worth it fully.

  It cleans the whole house except for the bathroom, kitchen, about 60sqm, in one pass, even in turbo, in just over half an hour.
  A few and tall pieces of furniture (sofas, bed), it goes under and cleans without any problem.
  Thin (summer) rugs all year round, it cleans them easily, but to prevent it from dragging them, I stuck them to the floor with double-sided tape ;-)
  Two cats, it surprises me every time with HOW MUCH HAIR IT COLLECTS!
  A little tidying up, so there are no things thrown on the floor, the cables are generally gathered, so it doesn't risk getting tangled/stuck somewhere.
  Cleaning after each use takes 5 minutes.

I already own the Viomi S9, a vacuum that cost over 400 euros, and I think this one might surpass it in vacuuming. The mopping is average even though it has a larger surface area than the Viomi I have. I haven't tried it on carpets, but I know that almost none do a serious job on carpets.   They say that time is money. If that's true, then this robotic vacuum cleaner is a real investment!

  Where do I start?
  I've had it for a week and I use it almost every day for sweeping. Today, I tried it for mopping as well. I'm simply happy, I have no words.

  I won't mention the technical specifications, those are detailed by others.
  I'll describe my own case a bit.

  ► The floor is wooden.
  ► The total "usable" surface area without sofas, beds, etc. that it cleans is around 30 sq.m.
  ► I follow minimal decoration, so the space is open without many furniture pieces.
  ► Before sweeping, I lift any slippers and other things from the floor so it doesn't scatter them.
  ► Sweeping is extremely efficient at the "standard" level, it picks up everything and all the dust.
  ► Mopping is also excellent. I filled the container with water, wet the cloth, and applied a cap of floor cleaner. I set it to "water level high" and the floor shone and the house smelled clean. The water was enough and I didn't need to refill the container.
  ► Sweeping the entire surface takes 30 minutes and consumes one battery bar (out of the 5 bars).
  ► Mopping takes 27 minutes and also consumes one battery bar.
  ► Once it finishes, it returns to the charger for charging.
  ► I have set forbidden areas on the map through the app.

  Negatives for me:

  The app is user-friendly but very heavy on old mobile phones. And setting forbidden areas is a bit difficult. After several attempts, I managed to set them correctly. I didn't find a way to save the map backup, and if it's lost, it will be difficult to set everything again from scratch.

  Also, I would like the dust collection container to be constructed differently because when you remove it, for example, to empty it or fill it with water for mopping, the dust easily escapes from inside. You need to be careful how you remove it and how you transport it.

  I could write for a long time still. For me, the classic electric vacuum cleaner is the worst and the most annoying and tiring thing in household chores. Now I will only have it for corners and areas that the robot cannot sweep.

  It's a technological wonder! Congratulations to the inventor! I never expected that I would sit and the house would be cleaned and mopped automatically! It saves you a lot of time and effort in your daily life, cleaning now becomes a game and fun!
