The fully modular low-noise power supplies of the CORSAIR RMe series with dual 8-pin EPS12V connectors provide silent, reliable power with 80 PLUS Gold efficiency in a wide variety of computer builds.
Stable power output with efficiency up to 90% and Cybenetics Platinum certification for lower energy consumption, less noise, and lower temperatures.
Keep cable clutter to a minimum by connecting only the cables your system needs and nothing more. Five universal 8-pin sockets can be used with any 8-pin cable, meeting all the power needs of modern motherboards and GPUs.
A 120 mm rifle bearing fan with a specially calculated fan curve keeps fan noise low, even when operating at full load.
With zero RPM fan mode for nearly silent operation at lower loads.
For consistent, reliable power and excellent electrical performance, each power supply in the RMe series features a robust LLC resonant topology with DC-DC conversion and industrial-grade capacitors rated at 105°.
With precise timings, the RMe supports Modern Standby operation, ensuring ultra-fast wake-up times from sleep and better performance at low load.
Protects your PC from over power (OPP), over voltage (OVP), under voltage (UVP), over current (OCP), over temperature (OTP), and short circuit (SCP).

Stay away from this power supply, it's not worth it. It burned out one of my processors and the voltages were low. It's not the Corsair RM series we knew from the old days; it has cheap Chinese capacitors inside, a fan that makes a terrible noise, and the worst part is that it's a power supply that is all Chinese on the inside, only the name is on the outside
I have been using Corsair power supplies for the past 15 years. And do you know how many I have bought for my own use? Two. I changed the first one because 600W was not enough for my graphics card. I still have it in another PC and it works. They never die.
Unfortunately, they sold it to me as a good one, but the power supply sounds like an old airplane propeller... It's not worth the money!
The fan is having a problem and making noise from the first day. Also, after 5-10 minutes it starts and never stops even at low load. Be careful if you are going to buy it, make sure the company you will purchase it from has good service. The store where I bought it told me I have to send it to them at my own expense in Athens. Unacceptable for a new product of this quality.
For the money I paid, it was great (around 110 euros). Indeed, it makes a little noise from time to time. At the price I see it now, while doing the evaluation, I agree with another review that the RMx (even from previous years) is a better choice. However, if its price drops again, then it is worth it as the cheapest A category PSU that I could find. Keep in mind that it has a 7-year manufacturer's warranty instead of the 10 years of the RMx.
Well, it's time to bury this specific power supply, Corsair is unacceptable, they wanted to cut costs and did it at the worst cost.
According to the Corsair engineer I spoke to, he told me that the RMe line does not have "low noise IC" and does not have an MCU (I'm not sure what these mean) but in short, when the fan opens every 2 minutes (which is very often), you can hear a clicking sound, and according to him, this clicking is the hall sensor IC that works with the fan and produces this sound because Corsair thought that if they release a power supply €20 cheaper than the rmx, people would rush to buy it.
To avoid a lot of talk, just give €20 more for the rmx 750 (€139.90 when I write this) to have peace of mind because it has really ruined the silent build I was planning to make
