I have five of these in different colors. They are used for transporting cats. The top opening (Cabrio) is very helpful for easily putting in difficult cats, which would be very challenging if it only had side entrances. So far, no problems, they work great and are very durable.

It broke the first time down, it can't handle it, I had to give more to get better, maybe the cheap one is better.... Also, the door doesn't stay open because the door is slanted
