  It has been installed on a scooter mirror with the corresponding compatible base from quadlock. Before the dampener was installed, the phone had a lot of vibrations to the point where it lost synchronization with the GPS and got stuck on the maps. After installing the dampener, the vibrations are still present (it doesn't magically eliminate them), but they are fewer, and the phone works better without freezing.
