I have the 65-inch for a year. The only thing that bothers me is the sound volume (very low) and the viewing angle which is not good. Everything else is OK, as long as you don't have crazy expectations.

The same problem as all the others. Five months after the warranty expired, first lines on the panel for a few days and then restarts with sound but no picture. I won't even take it to service. Throwing it away and never again Samsung.

Purchased from Media Markt in 2021, close to 500 euros, after 3 years burned panel. Flickered with sound but no image. Congratulations to Samsung and stay away.

In 28 months of use, which did not exceed 2 hours a day, it burned out the panel and is going for recycling. Very successful purchase....

I broke after 1 year and 7 months using.... black screen. I service center repair costs a little bit more that half of new tv, terrible

Very good picture most of the time (on TV signal) depending on the signal transmitted by Digea which should not always be the same for the same channel. It plays YouTube videos very well and of course the 4K demos they have in stores play perfectly. I didn't see any problems with sports. The black it shows is I think very good. For movies from platforms, the picture is depending on the movie, some play perfectly, others normal. I don't play games and I don't have an opinion on performance. What I don't like is that the banners at the bottom in some ads tremble as they scroll (probably due to the 60Hz panel) but others in the family don't notice it. Overall, I am satisfied because I got it at a very good price 4-5 months ago. Generally, idols that say due to low refresh rate I rarely see, but I was impressed to see idols on a very expensive 85' OLED and in demo videos in a store.

It does not have good sound, does not work properly with Bluetooth, it interrupts. I have it for only 2 days, as a first impression with 400€ that I spent, do not buy it.

I bought it in February 2020, it burned the panel. It cannot be fixed, it needs to be replaced. My technician told me that they are all made like this now, they break down in 4-6 years. It was a good choice but not for such a short time for 600€

The television burned pixels on the 5th day from the day of purchase. We gave it for repair and we continue to experience absolute mockery from the dealership for a month and more. They are waiting for the spare part from the country of origin. The result is that we paid 75' and we don't have a television. Stay away from Samsung. It's a lottery. Whatever suits you. We are waiting for an update.... There is no supervisor... Be careful not to experience it yourself!

It is very good and easy to use. Satisfied with nice vibrant colors. Purchased for 499 and got a 55-inch. Quite satisfied.

Quite satisfied I have stayed but the 3 stars due to the fact that Samsung is downgrading. Downgrade in mobile phones (the A52s was better in terms of processor than the newer model A53) downgrade in televisions (they have reduced the nits, meaning lower brightness, in the Q60c compared to last year's model Q60b). I really can't understand why they do this. They don't know what new to release, at least release something with the same capabilities but with a different name... but not worse though!!!

The screen broke 6 months after the warranty (purchased in August 2021) and they are asking me for 300€ to replace the screen with a warranty for the new screen for only 6 months. So if it breaks within 6 months, I will have to pay another 300€. Great service!!!

It was purchased in March 2020, 2 months ago, and the LED panel broke. (without VAT 365€)
I took it to Samsung service, and they told me it would cost 400€ to replace the panel. Unacceptable, they basically don't want to fix it. They push you to buy a new one. How is it possible for the panel to cost almost more than the TV itself?

The TV is good but not as good in terms of quality as the plasma one, since it is QLED, so there is a slight light leakage in the black

Generally, do not buy Samsung TVs, model Q. They are very faulty and break as soon as the warranty expires. They have good picture quality, but as I said, they easily break.

The tv is so thin that you need to be extra-extra careful before you move it even for an inch! Despite that, it is a great experience changing to 65 from 43!!!
Update: After one month of use, I have to say that the TV is excellent! Fast menu, you get use to it once you learn it. All the apps are there (cosmoteTV, netflix, etc). The only thing that i would like to change, is to be able to re-program the lower buttons of the remote. It has primetv and disneyTV buttons, that if you are not subscriber, they are useless! I should be able to change it with CosmoteTV or Plex or any other app that I would like! Now, i have to get to the menu and select the app i want. This is why there are 4 and not 5 stars.

User-friendly menu with many apps.
Connected easily with the soundbar.
I highly recommend it.

The TV is perfect for its price, perfect picture quality, slim but the cherry on top is the remote control and the connection with Alexa (even changes channels). The voice instructions of the remote control are incredibly convenient, this is a smart TV but maybe it takes some work for some people to understand it, I do not recommend it for those who are not familiar with this technology
