Amazing bag, definitely worth the money for 50 - 60 euros.
The metal pieces on the zipper are a bit tricky to use as they turn and get tangled a bit, but otherwise, it is made of good material, withstands quite a bit of wear even though it is more for an urban environment, and finally, you have so much storage space that you forget how many storage points there are in between.
The shell pockets have held up well and remain quite stiff, and you can fit quite a few small items in there.
It comfortably fits up to a 16" laptop with extra space in the back for an iPad.
I have used it for my work, for a 3-day trip with everything I needed (light summer packing), and overall, I have been quite satisfied.
Tips:
+Compared to other bags of the same size, it is a bit bulky, but for the storage space and its system, it is perfectly normal, and I would even say it could be bulkier.
+I do not recommend the larger 26-liter one because it is ONLY for travel as a supplementary small suitcase in my opinion. This 21.7-liter one works for both urban use and a small trip.
+It has a cable inside - with an external port, so you can put a power bank inside and connect a cable from the outside, it's interesting, but I have used this feature rarely.
+Also, at the bottom, it has a compartment to put/separate something inside the bag, like shoes; it is a compartment that you can access only from the outside, and it is quite useful.
Overall, very good, I would buy it again, but I would prefer the zippers not to have a metal keychain but something fabric, so they don't make noise and don't turn from the other side, making you have to untangle them when you just want to make a quick move.
