️3.5/5️
The second book in the series and the novella "Shatter Me" kept me company these last few days, and I confess that I finished it quite quickly! I must say that while I was excited and eagerly waiting for the series to be translated, the first book did not win me over 100% as I found it quite slow and in diary form. Generally, so far I have noticed that it is a series that builds quite slowly with many details of the world-building and the characters of the protagonists. Personally, it is not something I prefer, but it doesn't bother me either. In the second book of the series, Juliet gradually finds herself and discovers her powers at Omega point, while she cultivates relationships and friendships and develops as a character. Personally, I still find her annoying and I definitely don't like Adam, but I loved the world-building and the dystopia of the book! I also liked the scenes with Warner so much that I was looking for him on every page! It definitely constitutes a better book than the first, much fuller with characters, scenes of tension and dystopia, while the relationships seem stronger and are developing.
