    Unfortunately, the headphones are the biggest issue.
    Headphones 2 out of 5, very BAD fit in the ear, resulting in poor sound quality.
    When I am in a room, the problem is small, but when I am outside or in the car, the volume is at maximum and I still can't hear well.
    I would give the microphone 3 out of 5, as there are enough complaints from callers that they can't hear me well.
    The battery is very strong, so I will keep the headset for home use only.
