FiiO Transistor Q11 Headphone Amplifier
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I bought this amplifier along with the TD990 PRO 250ohm headphones to listen to music from my phone, the A34. Let me clarify that I am not a musician and I do not professionally deal with sound. However, I want to listen to my songs loudly and without distortion.
So, the amplifier is a metal construction weighing around 150 grams. It has the necessary controls. Volume, gain switch, and 2 outputs. One 3.5 and one balanced 4.4 on one side. On the other side, it has a type C input. I have connected the 990 headphones to the 4.4 output with an adapter.
The sound is very good. With a strong, solid body. The tones are natural and the detail is at good levels. The volume it provides to the 990 is not very powerful but without any distortion even at 100% volume. The gain switch is always activated, of course, for these headphones.
I believe it is one of the best amplifiers in this price range in terms of sound performance, ability to drive large loads, but not a very powerful level in terms of volume in the case of the 250ohm. With 32Ohm headphones that I tried, it had a very powerful level. Finally, it has a solid metal construction.
