The worst SAMSUNG I have ever bought. It easily freezes, its memory fills up quickly, resulting in not being able to continue. You have to clean and optimize it very often to have mediocre performance.
Also, it is very heavy, making it difficult to hold for a long time.
I do not recommend it for users who are active on social networks, etc.
For very simple use, only for calls it is okay, but you can get something cheaper.
Bought today 27/3/24. Has not been tested yet and for this reason I will come back. It already loses one star because there is no charger, only the cable and there would be no problem if the charger had to be type-c. So I have to charge it for now through my laptop.
I got it with a subsidy for my wife in November. Problem-free until today. Its use, calls, fast wifi and 5g browsing, viber, teams, satisfactory photos, navigation, banking transactions, contactless payments, no issues until today. For this use, therefore, flawless, with regular updates, I haven't seen or heard my wife complain about any freezing or malfunction.

The screen has an annoying freeze for a few seconds, for a while now after an update. Many users have it, but from what I understand, if this is fixed, it will only be through an update. So until they fix it, 1 star.

For simple use (calls - internet - viber ...), highly satisfactory.

Basic Smartphone for people with no or minimal requirements regarding the camera. Other than that, it does its job. It could be cheaper.
What I got subsidized from the provider I have a connection with, the mobile phone is very bad, it freezes with the slightest touch, the touch screen sometimes freezes and doesn't let you write, and if it does, it does it with a big delay. It crashes applications. It's not worth its money, I'm generally very disappointed.
The screen rotation is constantly stuck. It only changes orientation when it wants to.
The screen brightness is the same.
It keeps freezing. Now even the side button is stuck.
The Redmi Note 9 that I had before is much better, even though it's an older model.

I have it for almost 3 months and it keeps freezing. I am not satisfied at all with this particular model. I wish I hadn't bought it. And the worst part... I had bought the same one as a gift for my husband in black color and he keeps complaining about it.

Well, I've been using it for 5 months and it's a big disappointment. The camera takes a long time to open, about 5 seconds in general. It shouldn't cost more than 120 euros. The only advantage is the battery, which lasts for two and a half days with normal use, including listening to music and browsing the internet, etc

I had a good experience in America with the older Galaxy 3, 5, 7 with a 5 & 5.5" screen. I think their operating system was better than the A14 from Samsung. I don't like the size and weight of the A14. Also, the battery (5000mAh) of the A14 drains quickly, it has a clear screen, but it is heavy and big to hold in the palm and talk. The shipping package was very poor and I was not impressed at all. I am not satisfied with my choice.
The purchase was made for a relative of mine and not for myself. However, the feedback I have is positive. Not for users with high demands, but decent (and upwards).
It is tragic. I have had it for 2 weeks and the headset doesn't work, it doesn't charge, and when I try to charge it, it is ready to explode. And I will take it to the service center and they will tell me to pay extra.
To me, this mobile phone gets very hot when charging in the car and listening to music at the same time, I would say excessively. Also, it needs charging in the afternoon. Its battery life is very short. However, the fact that it gets hot during charging is the main issue. I took it to the dealership, they made some changes but it's still the same.
I have had this phone for quite some time, it's pretty good but it has some disadvantages. First of all, the sound during calls is quite low, maybe because it only has one speaker at the bottom. Also, the photos are good but they seem somewhat filtered (a lot of pixel saturation, etc.). It doesn't have a radio or a charging adapter. Corporate phone let me clarify from the beginning
Basic phone for the basics only
Meaning calls, messages, a little internet
Photos and videos for low demands, not bad though. Just satisfactory.
The most important and substantial thing for me is that even though it falls behind in terms of build quality and screen resolution, video, etc., compared to my previous corporate phone (A51), it is noticeably faster. The A51 was simply tragic.
The biggest downside for me is the price.
Cheap phone and low build quality, but the money it costs is tragically high, even though it is priced at 170+ euros, with specs and capabilities equivalent to phones that cost 100 to 120 euros.

The device does not belong to Samsung's flagship, but let's not forget its price, purchased for 185 euros, the 5G/64G version. For an average user, I consider it to be perfectly satisfactory, although a bit large compared to the Galaxy S8, which I won't change. You should know that it comes in its packaging without headphones and ONLY with the TYPE C to TYPE C charging cable, so you will need an adapter with TYPE C and not USB to TYPE C. The device was purchased for professional use, calls, emails, photos, and internet. It has not been tested for heavy gaming, movies, or high-performance photos/videos. Also, it is normal for it to heat up during charging because it has fast charging with a plastic cover, a fast charging adapter up to 15 WATT.
In general, it is good.
Now for the money around 200 euros, maybe you can find something better.
The very negative thing is that it does not come with a charger! I consider it unthinkable!!
I have had the phone since May, I bought it from Samsung for 220 euros with charger, cable, and headphones. It works PERFECTLY. I am very satisfied. On August 18th, I connected the Smartwatch Galaxy 6 classic, both work perfectly. I highly recommend them. Correction. On June 21, 2024, it started freezing a lot at startup, it can take up to 10 minutes to unfreeze. I do not recommend it.
I am the owner of this particular mobile phone for a few days now. I must admit that for its price, it is extremely satisfying.
All these years I used to buy Huawei phones, where every Huawei phone I had, either had or developed problems later on.
Regarding this Samsung phone, what can I say first.. The camera is amazing, the phone doesn't lag at all, the battery lasts for sure 1 or even 1.5 days (depending on each person's usage), the speaker is incredible, and the calls sound perfect.
In short, I highly recommend it.
These, obviously, are for someone who doesn't want to spend more than 200, 220 and wants a decent mobile phone.
Firstly, the mobile phone constantly freezes and the screen occasionally flickers. It doesn't zoom in very much. The photos in the gallery are blurry.
Very good mobile phone for the price I got it (198), it is very good. It lacks a bit in sound during calls. Another negative is that its battery doesn't last long, but fortunately it charges quickly. Otherwise, it is a very good mobile phone that definitely worth its price!
A good reliable Samsung without frills and fancy features for someone who wants a mobile phone under 200 and is satisfactory.
A negative aspect it has is that it does NOT come with a charger!!! WHY IS THAT? WITH THE cable IT COMES WITH, IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE, FOR EXAMPLE, AN OLD PC THAT DOES NOT have usb-c, charging is impossible!!!
Update: I have now officially established it as an egg cooker along with my 20-year-old laptop that hangs from some spider webs for economy on a base. :-]
Update: Not even a year has passed and it's already struggling in many ways. It freezes everywhere. I have cleared the memory, but still, it freezes terribly on simple applications. It's a shame because it seems that you get what you pay for. I didn't want it for gaming, but it crashes easily on applications like banking and shopping. Generally, if you open any other application simultaneously, it starts acting weird. I also noticed that it heats up with the slightest use.
3/5 initially because it doesn't come with a charger (lol) and I was expecting at least a fake plastic case (am I asking for too much?). The phone didn't even have a screen protector (maybe it came used to me?)... Crumpled packaging, it felt like I was buying something second-hand. Just for the first impression, which was disappointing (I bought it from a partnered store through Skroutz), I give it 3/5 because as a phone for its price, it's just fine. Time will tell if it lasts at least 2 years... if not, I will come back to take back the other 2 stars.
I highly recommend it without reservation for its cost. It didn't present any problems to me and it has a very good camera and very good graphics
