The main disadvantage of purchasing this specific product is that it does not come with a charger in the packaging, so you will have to buy it separately
I bought it on 18/7, received it on 21/7. From 11/8 (just 21 days later), the phone stopped working, it doesn't charge. I'm searching for another device during my vacation to do the basics (e-banking, etc.). UNACCEPTABLE
It is very slow and freezes already from the first month of use. The screen does not respond properly to touch, resulting in needing many attempts for it to react. During calls, often the person on the other end cannot hear me. The fingerprint recognition is not easily recognized. Very bad purchase
For the money, it is worth it and more. I use it constantly for my work, and so far, having had it for a year, it doesn't freeze at all.
I got this phone for my mother (80)as her first smart phone.
I didn't have great expectations as it's the cheapest but I was afraid that it wouldn't last long on someone's hands that doesn't have any experience on smart phones.
It's almost a year and the phone is still alive after several drops,of course in a case!
Actually it's a cute device with a very basic camera and standard features but I personally find it perfect for beginners.
The battery life is very good and calls are clear and loud enough, especially for older people.
Weight is also another advantage as it's lighter than other phones of the same size.

The phone is good, but only for basic use. I would say that if you are going to get such a phone, you might as well get the Xiaomi Redmi A3, which is also €100 cheaper. Why? Because this phone does not have a good camera and good charging speed.
The phone was not worth the money it cost when it was released (200 euros). The 136 it has now, maybe. From the first days, it seemed to lag. Unfortunately, due to immediate need, I didn't want to bother fighting with the companies for warranties and replacements, but who knew what would follow. It has reached an unbearable point. Every morning when I wake up and activate the internet, it's like Chernobyl happens with the appearance of notifications, as after a few minutes of freezing, it bombards the screen with sounds and icons, trying to respond. I'm not Messi, I just want 5 notifications to appear! The camera was initially very good. Now the shots look like they are coming from the eyes of a drunk person, especially the rear camera (selfie). If these are 50 (!!!) and 13 MP cameras, I might as well go to the moon. The sound is good. The sound recording, however, is not. It sounds like you are recording a video inside a bottle. On the positive side, there is large storage capacity and the absence of extremely annoying notifications (like on Xiaomi phones) for clearing space. And let's move on to, as the English say, last but not least, the battery. Initially, it was quite strong. After a few months (around six months), it started to act up. Slow charging and quick depletion. Now, after exactly one year, it doesn't last a day with simple use (music, social media, surfing the internet), and if I tell you it needs charging twice in 24 hours, that would be an understatement. If these are 5000mAh, then iPhones should shut down with a touch. Long story short, do not buy this phone. Either we prefer a better model from the same company, or we go for Chinese brands like Xiaomi, even though they are not the best, or we simply spend a bit more and get a decent phone. This one, at best, is for keeping company with an elderly person, making video calls on Viber for the grandchildren. And even that, I doubt it will do well.
Very bad purchase, it does its job, but it malfunctions a lot at the same time. The screen freezes on touch, you have to touch the bottom left to activate it. It freezes quite a bit, the video camera is not good, nor is the sound. The only good things I have to say are that it is cheap and has a very nice camera for photos.
I got it for my parents who know how to use Android phones well and I am very satisfied!
It neither goes fast nor too slow, a big minus is that it doesn't have LED for notifications, it regularly updates, the camera is not the best for a 50MP camera, the battery lasts, it is very thick, generally huge and heavy. It heats up quite a bit. A simple phone for the basics. For all those who say it lags, they are not entirely wrong, although with the latest updates it has improved somewhat.
From the not-so-good Samsung phones, you get what you pay for, of course, but for 190 euros, SUCH a terrible camera NEVER in any other phone of the company, and for 18 years now, I have only used Samsung phones!

The worst I have ever used. It struggles to even open the call log, let alone apps. I wonder how a company with such vast experience and history in smartphones released such a terrible phone.
Awful mobile phone. Its problem is the unbelievably weak processor, which can't even handle basic internet browsing. We're not talking about multitasking, it simply doesn't perform them!
I had written a review back in November 23 when I got it. So I will give my opinion after almost 9 months. The phone is worth the 132 euros I got it for (and now it's somewhere around there) but I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice. With 80-100 euros you can get something better, especially if it's a Samsung. The battery is very good, and it charges relatively fast. But the phone freezes several times, especially when exiting a game, or when it's on auto rotate. Something that after a while, becomes extremely annoying. The camera is also not the best, as the zoom is terrible, but it's a decent camera for a cheap phone. However, I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice, although it may work differently for everyone, as I see in the reviews
It has a very good signal and relatively good battery, but it freezes incredibly with 4-5 applications! The screen freezes in a very annoying spot.
The worst mobile phone I have ever bought. In the 6th month, I couldn't hear or be heard, and even though I took it to the warranty to fix it, they did nothing. In the 8th month, it shut down and never turned back on.
The mobile is vfm! It is fast, has clean software, good camera, and very good microphone! The negatives are the unacceptable design of Samsung with very large bezels as if it is a mobile from 2018 and also a touch problem. If the mobile stays without touching it for a few seconds, then it does not respond, I have to exit and re-enter the application. Hopefully, the problem will be solved in a future upgrade.
It is the worst phone I have ever bought for this money, because I bought it for 230 at the beginning when it came out. It is slow and was slow in most of its actions from the beginning, rarely applying them immediately, usually waiting up to a minute, it was freezing from the beginning and now after 1 year with more applications it is worse. Also, you can't hear when you talk, you have to shout, the touch is terrible and the fingerprint never works on the first try. The only thing I liked from the beginning is the screen resolution, not the camera though. I had never bought a Samsung before and I won't again.

The worst mobile phone I have ever bought in my life. Its processor is terrible, it freezes from the first day I got it. Its upgrades definitely take a 10-minute to complete and overall if you want to talk with audio or video call you have to shout otherwise you can't be heard. The worst, better to burn your money or get one with buttons

This was intended for my 80year old mother so i was looking for a decent value for money phone. The seller was very quick
They gave it to me at work and it is used for calls, browsing, and messaging through Viber and WhatsApp. However, it has its moods. Sometimes an application will open as expected for what you have paid for, and other times - unfortunately most of the time - it takes up to a minute. Unacceptable for a phone that is not loaded with apps. The quality of the photos is average, but good for its category. The quality of the calls is below average, not acceptable for a company that sells a branded product. Overall, it is not worth anything more than the name on the back.
Well, I've had this phone for about a month and I would say it's not what I expected from a Samsung. It freezes from the beginning and takes a few seconds to open an application. I didn't expect it to be like this. That's why I give it three stars. I wouldn't prefer it again. And I definitely wouldn't recommend it. That's it.
I have it for a month now and I have no words. It is very decent for its price. This specific model performs well, especially when it comes to running smoothly. One secret that not many people know is that it works perfectly with a memory card (I mention this because not everyone has money for cloud services). The phone runs smoothly even with the memory card inserted. It easily fits in the mid-range devices category in the market. It takes perfect photos and videos, and it has a great screen. It does exactly what it describes, with a simple and beautiful menu. I must mention the battery, which adapts according to your usage. It easily lasts for a day, and even when it reaches 15%, it can still last for another day without even touching it, just for basic use. I'm not exaggerating, I tested it. It is by far the best in its category. And I want to emphasize again, if you have a memory card inside the phone, avoid all the new phones because they all have issues with memory cards. This one works flawlessly and smoothly, even with two games like Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links and Pokemon Go. Don't expect it to handle heavy games like Call of Duty or Master Duel, it struggles with those, and rightfully so. (Some additional things because some people criticize it unfairly, even though it does what it claims. Yes, it has some software bugs in the camera, but those can be fixed with updates. It may write some confusing things, but it works perfectly fine. It only struggles if you don't know how to handle it. To avoid any issues, the device asks you to do certain things to optimize its performance. That's just how the device is, so do those things before judging it.) Otherwise, watch some reviews before buying something.
I bought the mobile phone for 160 euros, I didn't expect much as I had seen its features, nevertheless it is only good for taking mediocre photos + videos and as for games, you can't play anything for more than 15-30 minutes depending on the temperature as the processor heats up very quickly and as a result, it freezes all the time. The quality + sound is very poor as it is excessively low even at full volume. It freezes all the time regardless of whether you do something or not, and the response is very slow when you open it, either with a fingerprint or with a PIN/code. Personally, I recommend giving a little more money and going with the A34, it's worth it.
Don't buy it, terrible choice, a waste of money I'm disappointed. It constantly freezes in all functions.
The mobile phone does not satisfy me at all, firstly the photos it takes are terrible, the sound is quite low and the screen freezes most of the time. It does not respond with the first touch, which is something that bothered me from the beginning. I believe that it is too expensive for such a device, it is not worth it at all. With an extra 20€, someone can get something more reliable
I have had this mobile phone for about two months and I can say that it is worth its money. Before this, I had a Xiaomi which frustrated me because of its bad software. I am satisfied and I highly recommend it
