The pillow is described as average, but it is thick and very compact, so I would classify it as firm. The materials are very high quality. I usually sleep with 2 pillows. I bought this one alone and it is still taller than I want. So it became a nice couch pillow. In short, get it soft.

Unfortunately, it is too soft and sinks for my taste. I need something harder and that maintains its volume. However, it is definitely of very good quality and for its price, it is probably very good!

Disappointment. It is exactly as you see it in the photo. Tall and I wonder about a comment that says the head sinks. I fell for the comments. It will show in the first sleep. If it is good, I will change my review.

Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep with this pillow. I now only have it to rest my head when I use my phone or read. Maybe it's for people who weigh more and are looking for a tall pillow.

Very tall. It strained my neck, resulting in pain that extended all the way down my arm. When I switched to a lower pillow, the pain went away

Nice pillow, it's just very, very soft... On its own, it doesn't provide a good sleep as it doesn't support the head at all. My head almost touches the mattress whether I'm lying on my back, stomach, or sides. I have another pillow that is firmer and with this soft one on top, I sleep well. If you don't have another pillow, then maybe you should get two or look for something else...

Pleasant sensation and comfortable sleep. It maintains its fluffy shape perfectly. I bought it for my son as a replacement for an expensive specialized pillow that turned out to be ineffective, and I don't regret it. This one has proven to be much more effective in reducing his sweating during sleep.
