It is the best faucet filter I have tried. In fact, I hesitated to try it when I first received it and asked for a refund because I didn't realize that the internal stem moves (it differs slightly from the photo). However, it does rotate slightly (as much as I needed) and directs the water stream at a slight angle. The mixing of water and air is also correct for efficiency and to avoid splashing.
