It solved a problem I had for almost 2 years, during which I was vainly buying very expensive sandals from other companies (e.g., Crocs), which neither adjusted nor stayed in place. Simple, waterproof, and unbreakable monoblock construction, with just one strap and a soft sole, and at a fraction of the price of the others. Where I had never bought Teva before, I went and bought a second pair. Key point? One size smaller than what I usually wear. The same applies to the women's model.
