Unfortunately, they ruin the plans. Hand wash! It keeps cold drinks for many hours compared to hot ones.
In terms of speed and service, no issues. However, regarding the product, I wouldn't recommend it because after a few washes, the flowers with the design start to fade, and you have to be very careful when washing it...
There is no issue with the inner wall. It keeps coffee warm for hours and similarly keeps cold drinks cold, of course for a longer time. I bought it a year ago. Three months ago, the logo started to wear off. I should note that I do not have a dishwasher; I wash it either with cold or lukewarm water without any chemicals, just with regular dish soap. I sent an email to the company, and they came to an arbitrary conclusion that I wash it in a dishwasher, which is, to say the least, extremely unprofessional. They see how the mug has become at my workplace and avoid buying it, and the image tarnishes the company's reputation. As always, the majority of Greek representatives do not acknowledge their mistakes!!! What a shame

It maintains the temperature, but it doesn't close well at all. You can't carry it in a bag or backpack...
I got it for both hot and cold coffee.
For hot coffee, it doesn't keep it hot for many hours, it may lose a little temperature as time goes by.
For cold coffee, it is very good, the ice cubes haven't even melted when the coffee is finished.
I'm afraid of leaks, it's not one of those that close perfectly to put it in the bag.. It's a cup!!
Otherwise, the design cheers me up every morning and that's why I don't change it!!!
