It is a special moss used in aquariums. Known as "Amazonia Willow Moss" and as "Christmas tree moss" due to its branching structure that resembles fir tree branches, which distinguishes it from the common Dubyana Vesicularia.

It is more demanding than the usual Java moss and grows at slower rates. It roots easily on wood and stones and requires trimming to maintain its shape.
