When using low DPI settings, the moderate resistance to the mouse feet improves handling when starting or stopping a quick or abrupt movement, which often happens when playing with low DPI. The G640 provides the appropriate friction for low DPI maneuvers.
Edge-to-Edge Design
Knowing that certain designs and patterns can cause issues with sensor performance, the G640 cloth mouse pad is designed in such a way to ensure consistent performance. From edge to edge, the mouse pad features a clean, uniform surface texture for smooth mouse tracking across the entire surface.
Compatible with Logitech G sensors
The G640 offers players improved sensor accuracy. It uses a surface texture that is equivalent to the ideal testing environment for Logitech G mice.
Designed for gaming
The rubber base is glued to the fabric, keeping the elastic surface in place and preventing the fabric from wrinkling in front of the mouse, which can cause problems with the smooth movement of the mouse. The soft fabric enhances comfort as the wrist moves back and forth on the edge of the mouse pad.
Fold it and take it with you
The G640 is made of flexible fabric that folds for easy transport and stays flat when you're ready to play. Protect the mouse pad when you take it with you by using the durable hexagonal packaging.

It was purchased in August of 21. The following evaluation is purely my opinion and given my own experience. This mousepad promised a lot, and that was the main reason I chose it because I wanted something "professional" in order to see improvements in my performance (I mention my ranks because it is important to understand that the evaluation is done by someone who wanted the detail and something more - Valorant: Immortal 3, CS:GO - SMFC, Level 10 Faceit - 3k elo). I had read on subreddits that it has durability issues, especially with the glide. I didn't pay much attention since all mousepads lose their glide to some extent at some point, and you can wash them occasionally and they become like new. But not like this, guys. It's been 1.5 months and the mousepad is completely useless from the side I use it, minimal slide and on top of that, it gives you the feeling that it scratches your mouse. I tried washing it (dishwashing detergent with aloe and drying it with a microfiber towel), but the result was really disappointing. Most likely, most people may not even notice this difference, but for those of us who are "advanced," it's a big disappointment. After a while, I realize how companies promote their products through well-known streamers and pros without considering that they are sponsored and change mousepads every week, so you fall into the trap that everyone falls into (disclaimer: the mousepad is incredible until it loses its glide, it's something else). As for the construction, it's not bad either. It's lightweight without moving, with nice angles and material, as well as elegant. In conclusion, it's not worth buying for someone with high demands, nor for someone with low demands since there are mid-priced ones that do exactly the same job.
Owner of Corsair MM350, Razer Gigantus Elite Edition, Asus rog strix,
All good Mousepads but finally after several months of use I realized that Logitech is the best (for me).
The reasons are that it doesn't have the rough surface of the MM350, nor the very slippery surface of the Razer, it's somewhere in between and it suits me.
Secondly, its thickness is much thinner compared to the other stuff, which makes it look nice on the desk.
Thirdly, the foam material is not too soft, resulting in no dents from the wrist after many hours of gaming, like the Corsair + ASUS did.
And fourth and very important for me.... It doesn't have perimeter stitches, which makes it incredibly comfortable when the wrist touches it, you don't feel any irregularities, and it's also much prettier.
The only negative thing I could say is that it might scare some people that it doesn't have perimeter stitches, so they might think that it will peel off over time (there is some logic to that), but personally, after almost 1 year, I haven't seen the slightest sign of wear on the edges.
Something I liked is that it's all black without any designs, lights, etc. (personal preference).
