It looked good and powerful but from the first use (2-3 hours of use) it didn't work again. I sent it to the service center and they replaced the burnt board. I haven't used it since then to know its durability and if the board will burn again.

I bought the extension pole together with the saw. After 4 hours of operation, the switch of the pole stopped responding. After a day of phone calls to the store and the dealership in Thessaloniki, and following the instructions and guidance of the company's technician, I made the pole saw functional again. The power switch of the pole saw had a problem, which was isolated. Now it works properly and without this switch.
