It has a few different buttons compared to the original one I had, but it is easy to get used to and overall it is excellent for a fraction of the price.

Update 1/7/2020: The remote control I mentioned above was perfect for almost two years, but I accidentally broke it and had to reorder. So, another remote control arrived, which is also compatible but has a slightly different design and a major flaw: the battery compartment is slightly larger than it should be, resulting in loose batteries and inconsistent contact! You have to hold it with the buttons facing downward for the batteries to fit properly! Despite being cheap, I will look for another one...

I got two to replace the old remote controls that already had issues. Both worked on the two Sony TVs without needing any programming. It is, however, a cheap construction (not that you can expect anything better at this price), even the batteries make noise when you shake it, but okay, they do their job.

The only negative aspect is that the batteries are veryyyyy difficult to insert. I thought it would break from the pressure I applied to put them in.
