    It does what it says. It doesn't have speeds. Only right or left rotation, which I haven't figured out how it works. Sometimes I turn it off and on again and it works in reverse from before, other times I do it 5-6 times and it continues to rotate in the same direction. Also, it rotates with some power banks and not with others.
