If for some reason you are looking at this specific device at the end of 2024, just skip it and go towards Motorola. Disappointment unfortunately from a company that used to make good phones.
Camera 3/5 For this money, don't expect anything good.
Screen 4.5/5 the screen is amazing and curved.
Battery 4.5/5 after some updates, the battery drain issue was fixed. It definitely lasts a day with full usage.
Charging 3/5 full charge with a 40W charger in 55 minutes from 0%.
Now let's get to the important stuff.
Honor has left the phone to its fate, it will never get Android 14 and will remain on 13.
The worst part is that after some updates, the camera freezes and in the video when you shoot, it looks like it's going fast forward. They know about the problem and are not fixing it.
I could write a long list of little problems that the phone has, such as it doesn't connect to the smartwatch via Bluetooth automatically without opening the smartwatch app, things that phones in the same category have been doing since 2020.
The Motorola G84 or the Fusion are class superior.

I would prefer much more the previous phone I had, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because of the operating system; also, the camera of the old phone was much better, but the Honor Magic 5 disappointed me more in its software/functionality than in the quality of photography.

A very VFM mobile phone and more! It is worth the money and more! Personally, I was quite pleased with the curved screen on the sides for playing games, as well as the colors of the screen which are simply TOP! The camera didn't impress me so much, coming from the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro with a 108MP camera, as well as the speakers on the redmi were double Dolby Atmos and here is one. But overall, what doesn't fit, literally goes beyond redmi, Samsung, etc. Also, the 8GB Ram and 256GB Rom of storage space, helped me a lot to have many photos without Google telling me to pay a subscription for more storage space. Overall, it is the best smartphone in the midrange category.

Cute phone, but I wasn't crazy about it either.. Coming from the Redmi Note 8 Pro, I can't say it's the perfect upgrade after about 5 years.
On the positive side...
- Nice big screen (curved)
- Stable operating system without any glitches.
- Fast charging 40w
- Huawei reliability
- Google services work normally.
Negatives..
- No radio, like many others nowadays
- No micro SD card slot, like most of them
- Poor monophonic and muffled speaker
- Average camera
- Doesn't come with a charger, you need to buy a fifteen-dollar one for the corresponding wattage.
- Hard to find cases, etc.
- No headphones included, no jack on the phone, only Bluetooth now.
- Fast but not impressive.
I don't play games, so I don't have an opinion on that. I assume it handles light tasks decently.
Awkward feelings, after 5 years you expect something more. It's not bad, by any means, but compared to the Redmi Note 8 Pro, which still rocks even today, it's not impressive at all. Maybe at around €220 it's a good deal.

Purchase with 8/256 at €230.
In a few words, great value for money.
Excellent screen and battery.
The 695 is decent at this price for general use.
The software is stable without any issues or glitches (Magic OS 7.1 / Android 13).
On the downside, the speaker is mono but with good volume, and there is no 3.5mm headphone jack.
The main rear camera is quite good, the others are average, and the selfie camera does its job well with good lighting.
