I am the owner of this headphone set for about two months. Previous set was a QCY, which I changed due to call quality and not for any other reason. This specific Creative set has all the good features, but for me, whatever technology it has for clear conversation simply does not serve me. No matter what combinations I tried, while I can hear the speaker very well, in 9 out of 10 conversations I have to remove the headphones to speak. That's why I give it a rating of 4/5 or 9/10. If someone wants them only for music, I recommend them 100%. For conversations, they should probably look for a more expensive set or one with a different technology.
Very good choice, good noise isolation, connectivity, and call quality. The main disadvantage is that the sxfi application does not work and the sound needs improvement as the settings of the mobile phone are not sufficient.
Good sound, good battery. However, the ANC doesn't work so well, the sensemore function is useless, and the right earphone constantly disconnects from the left for no reason, only when I'm not listening to music. I assume and hope that I got a defective device
I regret the 50 euros I wasted.
I use them every day for 8-10 hours due to work. I am the most competent to report that for everyday use, they are the worst.
I bought them for specific reasons.
1. To isolate sounds and hear them clearly.
2. To hear the other person clearly.
3. To connect quickly and easily.
4. To last a whole day.
All the other Sensomore functions, etc. are marketing tricks to make you buy. Practically useless functions.
The only thing they do from the above is number 4.
They have made me lose faith, I swear to God.
After 3 months of patience, yesterday I kicked them separately with my foot, in different directions, along with the charger, and I felt relieved. I know I kicked away 50 euros and I will buy others that were recommended to me.
Mental health above all!
What can I say... they suited me, I bought them on sale for 39 euros.
They connect easily with all three of my devices, Windows 10 laptop, Android mobile, and iPad tablet; but not simultaneously, when I switch devices I press and hold the left earphone, it disconnects and is ready to sync with the new device.
My favorite feature and the reason I bought them was the environmental sound amplification function (you can hear your surroundings in real time while listening to music or any other content, important when you're on the go and need to know what's happening). On the other hand, they have very good sound isolation and the function of canceling ambient noise is satisfactory for noises (e.g. airplane engines) and less satisfactory for nearby conversations.
One of the worst hands-free devices I've ever had.
The Positives:
- Very good and powerful sound and I had no complaints from callers about the microphone quality.
- They don't easily fall out of the ear while walking (I couldn't find anything else to say).
The Negatives:
- THE WORST handling method I have encountered. Initially (and it really drove me crazy), there is no default way, nor a way through the Creative application, to configure the single touch to do anything (anything at all). In other words, a completely useless and basic function in ALL hands-free devices (meaning the single press) DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. Here we are trying to make them as user-friendly as possible and they remove the most basic functions...
- The connection to the mobile device is all over the place. While I couldn't even take the Samsung Buds out of the case and they were already connected, these ones may or may not connect... they may ask you to pair again... they may connect, lose the connection, and reconnect on their own... ridiculous things.
- If you plan on frequently using only one earphone and not both simultaneously, know that you have two options for configuring the touch functions: Either set both earphones to perform the same actions with double touch, triple touch, and long touch, so that whichever one you have in your ear at any given moment will perform the same actions (which should ideally be three, while the basic functions are typically five - next and previous song, volume up and down, and play/pause) OR you will have to wear them both at the same time in order to configure different functions for the left and right earphone for a more complete experience.
- The battery is mediocre to bad. With normal usage of 3-4 hours, they don't last the whole day, and even the charger battery can barely charge them once without needing to be charged again. In any case, it's truly the first time that, for the 1 hour it takes me to commute to and from work, the 1 hour I walk my dog, and barely another hour to talk on the phone or listen to music at work, my hands-free device doesn't last me even a single day.
If it didn't have good sound, it would be the worst hands-free device I've ever had.
Stay away.
I bought these headphones about 2 months ago and I use them almost every day. As far as sound quality goes, I am satisfied, it's great. However, I haven't been able to listen to continuous music for more than 20 minutes without interruption. I have to constantly reconnect them because of their unacceptable programming. It frustrates me even more to think that I spent 70 euros on headphones that are not stable in this aspect.
In the description and advertisement, it is mentioned that they are stable and can be used during sports activities... If backgammon and chess are considered sports, then maybe it applies to running and walking, which I definitely did not buy them for. The only good thing is that I have learned to run with one hand on my ear so I don't lose them.
Anyway, I bought these headphones because I had a creative device before and I was very satisfied. But obviously, this will be the last device I purchase from this company. Buy these headphones if you want to give a gift to someone you hate, you will enjoy it!
