Positive:
-Small size and very lightweight in hand
-Easy-to-read screen
-You can add additional watch faces through the app
-Good mobile application
-Connected immediately and easily with the app
-Receive notifications from your phone without needing to take it out of your pocket (very practical)
Negative:
-You can only add one watch face through the app due to limited memory. If you want another one, you have to delete the previous one you downloaded. The factory-installed watch faces cannot be deleted.
-The app does not have a wide variety of watch faces
I bought it for 27 euros and I believe it is worth the money. Not more, because then you can get the Huawei/Honor Band 6, which have a much larger battery and can have more watch faces (by the way, it has exactly the same size as these two).
UPDATE
The battery had an excessively short duration (about 18 HOURS) and I requested a replacement for the watch. The process was very simple and the new watch arrived very quickly (before the faulty one even reached the store). The battery of the new watch lasts about 10 days.
I bought it based on the good reviews.. I wanted to know the steps and the quality of my sleep... It doesn't measure anything correctly. I walk 6 km and it tells me that I have covered 800 meters. As for sleep, if I don't get out of bed, it doesn't count it as waking up... It sits nicely on the wrist of course - I have also put on a fancy bracelet and it looks very nice. I only use it to see the time and who is calling me if my phone is far away.
I do not recommend it for any reason.
Mediocre band. Without notifications coming to the watch, only for step measurement and to see the time, it doesn't last more than 4 days on a charge. In the display settings, there aren't many options. With an additional 10-15 €, one can buy a band 7 or band 8 which are classes superior.
It is very good, it does its job and connects properly with the phone. Also, every 4-5 days you need to charge it, and the measurement of breathing, stress, steps, and the count of calories you have burned is accurate. I recommend it to you
Unfortunately, it gave up less than three months after I bought it. The screen went black, and even though I see from the app that it is working, it does not respond to any commands.
... its strap is loose and the battery life, compared to the xiaomi mi band 2 which after 4 years ... left us! R.I.P. ... relatively annoying every 5 days.
I got it as a gift for my grandson. It is very good. The only thing is that it doesn't change many screens. Otherwise, it is satisfactory for the needs of a 10-year-old.
The first one arrived defective, it stopped working within 24 hours.
The second one was working fine until as I was taking off my jacket, the watch came off from the flimsy strap. It fell from wrist height and the screen broke. To its credit, it still functions with a broken screen, however, I wouldn't choose it again.
It constantly disconnects from the mobile (I have an iPhone) and counts whenever it remembers! In order to change the time because it was not connecting to anything on the mobile, I had to do a factory reset. I would say stay away, spend 50 € on something more reliable.
The bad thing is that the screen turns on whenever it is touched, resulting in the screen theme usually being deleted. Also, the fastening easily got lost and I can't find it separately. Other than that, it's fine for its price
Some functions that the application has, the watch does not have. Also, when the mobile phone is hit, it shows the options in red for rejection and green for silence, not for answering, so you can speak if you are wearing hands-free!
The downside is the battery that doesn't last long. Also, the screen gets scratched easily, so if someone is bothered by that, they should make sure to get a protective film. Other than that, it is better than the mi band, if you don't care about NFC, which it doesn't have.
I bought it and on the first swim I took in a pool, not in the sea, vertical lines appeared on the screen. Its battery was disappointing compared to all the other bands I have already used. It says it lasts 14 days in the specifications, but it only lasted 4 days with difficulty, only on one of the last charges something happened, meaning it showed me that it had 80% on the 4th day (and I was happy that it improved), but after a while, it gave me a notification to charge it. It's annoying for me that it doesn't write the days in Greek in any profile. I definitely believe it is defective. I have already sent it back and I am waiting for a replacement. Let's see...
update - it lasted exactly one year. The touch screen doesn't work..
For its price, it's very good. The strap is the classic one from Xiaomi, I have no problem, it fastens normally. The battery in the first week is at 55%, I haven't activated heart rate monitoring. The measurements, compared to another app, are accurate. Overall, for a start, I find it decent
Awesome Smartwatch. I paired it with an oximeter and it gave accurate results (with a 2-3 second delay). The battery easily lasts 2 weeks (if you don't use it for a few days). It is exactly what I was asking for
I bought it for my daughter. It does everything it claims to do with dignity. I have no problem with anything. It has sleep indicators, anxiety, cycles, weather, events, music, camera, alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, phone finder, workouts, activity, statistics, heart rate, SpO2. I have it connected to Android, specifically Samsung. It works perfectly. I will order another strap at some point. It is waterproof. Notifications appear on almost all the applications that I choose from my phone
Good overall in its measurements but it does not recognize the notifications of the applications, what they are and you see them as (other) and from some applications it does not receive any notifications at all!
Unfortunately, most of what I have to say is negative... and I did not expect it!
Positives:
i) Several functions for the money
ii) Notifications for everything!
Negatives:
i) The strap compared to the Mi Band is quite bad! It comes off several times and I constantly have to look at my hand to make sure it doesn't come off! A buckle strap for a watch? Did they really think about it?
ii) I could have walked for 30 minutes and the app tells me that I only walked for 8-9 minutes, so many measurements are wrong just because of this.
iii) It is annoying when I am in the sea! Yes, it is waterproof, everything is fine, but... it keeps opening on its own and the screen gets pressed! Yes! With the movement of the hand in the water, the screen gets pressed! So, as long as you are in the water, it does its own thing, the battery drains faster.
iv) Battery! One of the most important things! 4 days with difficulty, without taking measurements on my own and without doing anything on the watch other than checking notifications! I only have the sleep function enabled! How much battery can it possibly hold? The screen brightness is about 80%! I see some people saying it lasts 12-20 days (the battery). How did you do that? Honestly! Unless there is an issue with my watch! I can see myself taking it to the service.
First of all, the watch is very good in terms of quality and measurements. The only problem is the strap because it is bad, but it does its job.
Now, regarding the measurements, I compared them with an oximeter and there was a difference of 1 to 2 beats per minute and only 1 in oxygen, which is quite good.
The battery is really good. With the first charge, it lasted me 20 days and I had Bluetooth on several times.
Additionally, don't be afraid to wear it in the sea, just don't take it for diving because the 5 atmospheres it claims seem unreliable. My diving watch has the same and it is 5 times more expensive than this one
The strap disintegrated after 6 months, the clasp broke.
Before completing 1 year of use, the screen had black horizontal lines.
It has never been in the sea, nor in a pool of course.
Poor quality compared to the smart band 6 that I have had for 4-5 years and works like the first day.
I have it for 1 month, I am satisfied with its value for money, and the main thing is that for those who haven't tried it, it is waterproof and can be used in the sea while swimming or bathing. Simply when it gets wet, it lights up on its own, either showing you the time or other applications, and automatically turns off in a few seconds.
For the money it is fair, I don't want it to fool me, what it does is exactly what I want, measurements for cardio exercises walking, running etc, it has activity, statistics, heart rate measurement, steps, calories, oxygen, alarm, it has sleep monitoring, notifications, easy connection with iphone 8 and management of several mobile functions through the smartband music\applications\camera, very convenient the mobile notifications that you can choose to come from many applications on your mobile, I have specifically enabled to see notifications from calls/messages mobile, messenger, viber, gmail and whenever I have a notification from these applications I see it on the smartband, of course you can't reply to any of these messages through the smartband just to see them (I guess a smartwatch does that) of course when it arrived it had a problem, the alarm was going off by itself every morning at 8, I tried to reset the band and after the reset it couldn't connect to my mobile, so I asked for a return and replacement with a new one, very easy return through skroutz and in 3-4 working days they sent me another one which works perfectly, the battery is very good so far it loses about 10% per day, endurance about 10 days
UPDATE:
I remove 1 star because in less than 1 year the strap broke, for the money it is good, but if you want something to last you have to pay over 100 euros
Good choice for the price, meets my basic requirements, satisfactory battery life, and good compatibility with the mobile app. I would not recommend it to demanding users who want absolute control over activities and physical condition
Years a fan of Xiaomi Band, from 2 I switched to 5 and now to this one, so the comparison is inevitable.
In the step measurements, I saw that while in the first week it was completely different, gradually it "learned" and returned to the (relatively) accurate measurements I had with Band 5. The heart rate and oximeter are quite accurate, tested together with a medical oximeter.
The screen is large and readable while the band's UI is very user-friendly, just as I was used to with the previous ones. It has about 50 faces to choose from. It is relatively thin, which I wanted a lot. The strap has not come off on its own so far and it looks quite sturdy (fortunately because the model is new and you can't easily find straps). Overall, I like wearing it more and I only take it off for charging.
Speaking of charging. With moderate use (10-20 notifications per day + calls, 45 minutes of exercise, better sleep tracking accuracy, and automatic heart rate monitoring, without oxygen measurement, without automatic activation by lifting the wrist), it lasts me about 13-15 days, very good!
Everything is fine, so why not 5 stars?
Because of the Mi Fitness app, which is mediocre to bad. Mi Fit/Zepp Life was much more user-friendly and functional. Specifically:
There is no option for automatic brightness reduction after sunset. You can of course fix it through the band itself, so let's say it's a minor flaw. Also, PAI and motion tracking require GPS(!), like when you start a run or a bike ride, only now it has to be enabled 24/7. And of course, it drains the phone battery badly, I had to charge mine every 2 days with Mi Fitness always open and with the permissions (as recommended), I had to charge it twice a day... In the end, I disabled the app's access to GPS and I was relieved. Also, if you had a previous mi band and want to connect it to the previous Mi Fit/Zepp Life app... tough luck! Although I connected with the same account, gave so many permissions that Xiaomi now knows where I went on vacation in 2005, it did a "successful" data transfer 3 times but there is no history anywhere in any measurement. Actually, I kept the old app because I will mourn the 4 years of measurements...
