It is an excellent mask and helps a lot with frizz and dryness of the hair. It is one of the few that does what it promises, especially in combination with the shower gel from the same line for repair. Truly a solid value and it always does its job. I would recommend it to all long hair, and for all degrees of hair damage, you will really enjoy the result on your hair, the hydration lasts for many days.

So far, the best hair mask. I found it completely by chance, but it's worth it! Soft hair, satisfactory amount. In general, Garnier has very good hair masks and you can easily find them in supermarkets.
